  “I’ve had issues ordering here a couple of times via their app and on the self-service. Tried to order at the till the other day and Ali instantly assumed it was my issue, tried to help with my app and at the self-service, then realised it would be best to just take my order at the till - he partially past me to someone to do that and got distracted, so I gave up and left. Doubt he cared, but customer lost for life.”

  “AVOID THIS PLACE. I FOUND MOULD IN MY POPCORN CHICKEN, WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE WHOLE RESTAURANT NEEDS A THOROUGH HEALTH INSPECTION, AND CLEARLY THE STAFF AREN’T PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY’RE SERVING.”

  “I visited this branch yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the customer toilet was closed. I've noticed that KFC toilets are often unavailable, which is frustrating, especially for customers who genuinely need to use the facilities. It would be helpful if toilets were kept accessible whenever possible. The restaurant also had very limited seating available. Only two tables and those were occupied, so we ended up taking our food home instead of eating in. The food quality was also disappointing. The hot wings were extremely spicy, much more than expected and not suitable for children. I'm not sure whether this is the standard KFC recipe or an issue with how they were prepared at this branch but they were far too spicy. They also appeared to be over-fried and I experienced stomach issues afterwards. The Popcorn Chicken was another let-down. It was soggy, lacked flavour and did not taste fresh. When we asked for mayonnaise, we were told they had run out, which was disappointing too! Finally, the customer service could have been much better. Hasan took our order but wasn't very welcoming with smile. He spent time speaking to colleagues in their language while serving customers, which didn't come across as particularly professional. Overall, this visit was well below the standard I expect from KFC. The quality of both the food and service seems to have declined significantly compared with previous visits. Sadly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning and would rather choose somewhere else in future.”

  “Kfc, there’s no way you’re serious 😂 this is what I got when I ordered the supercharger sub! a plain burger with no lettuce or cheese, and they couldn’t even be bothered to get the sauce right as this is mayo and not supercharger sauce. Absolutely ridiculous, what a waste of money. I will never go to this branch again as it’s always a let down. They never have anything in stock either as I initially wanted the garlic parm sub! Somehow I don’t even think this was an accident, the workers just seem like they can’t be bothered! I want my money back”

  “The burger was absolute shit — drowning in sauce to the point it was watery and falling apart. It didn’t even taste like proper chicken, just a soggy mess. The Cajun rice? Tasted like bird food. No flavour, just dry and pointless. And the drink was basically half water. On top of that, there was nowhere to sit. I paid £15.50 for this? What exactly did I pay for — sauce and the privilege of standing up while eating? I already stand enough at work, now I have to stand during my break too just to eat this rubbish. I only come here sometimes when my workplace has nothing decent, but this was easily the worst choice. Honestly, I’d rather starve than eat here again. Maybe invest in some chairs before charging people like this.”

  “I had a really nice experience at KFC Waterloo. I ordered the 6pc hot wings meal and it was very tasty. The wings were juicy, hot, and full of flavor I really enjoyed every bite. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they made me feel welcome. The service was quick and smooth as well. The shop was clean and tidy, which made it a comfortable place to sit and eat. Overall, a great visit and I would happily come back again!”
