  “Well the staff a friendly just doing their hourly paid work nothing beyond exceptional even got my drink wrong and the senior management couldn’t even find any Ketchup… to be honest my wrap apart from being lacking in flavour and too moist was a little disappointing- I was going to get my usual McDonalds chicken chilli wrap …wish I did now the chicken at McDonalds was much tastier and the salad is far superior to KFC dollop of salad Oh the chips were absolutely awful like they were already previously cooked and re-heated”

  “The resturant worker after a 20 minuet wait went out of her way to give me tiny chicken pieces and told me there was no ketchup or sauces being unhelpful. I order 8 pieces of chicken most were tiny. Is this a joke kfc. Pls give me an email address to send the recipt details for the refund as I called you but no one picks up the phone.”

  “It just a cool place to relax from all the stress of London. Waiting for your transport? Then is the best place to eat and relax. Just a bit more pricey than where I live.. a chicken I would buy for £7 else KFC is sold like £9plus… but good with the relaxation included…”

  “I use this place frequently when I travel. But my recent experience left me unhappy. I ordered coffee with my food. At some point a nice lady at the counter said that the coffee machine is down and asked me if I'd prefer a soft drink or a refund. I agreed on a refund, she called the supervisor. So this guy had no idea how to process the refund for the order that was made on the self service machine. But he tried to hide his incompetence and faked the refund. I asked for a refund receipt and he said he wasn't able to print it out by the refund will be with me shortly As a result nothing bounced back to my account after 3 weeks. The amount expected is just a price of coffee I just expected the staff to be either trained on till procedures or to be honest with the clients.”

  “Not very happy with the service staff, normally have extra mayo on the chicken burger they said the chef can't do it. As people do complain but customer is always right. I been to many KFC in different locations they put my extra mayo on the burger no problem. This is the worst KFC experience I ever had in my life, also they put my burger with cheese and I did put on my order and notified on the order. They have a bad attitude too and very poor customer service I definitely will not be returning. I definitely don't recommend this place to eat too there are other alternatives restaurant in the area.”

  “Only dined there to try the new pickle mania. No meal trays were available so the food was bagged. Stingy with the sauces and the chicken filet was unlike the pictures and what other people have posted.”

  “Worst chicken ever! Smallest portion and the smellest one too! It took them ages to arrange the food and it tasted like an armpit of horse🥲! Oh wait horse Dont have an armpit so it taste like NOTHING!! God know it was chicken or part of old dinosaur meat! God either kill me or heal me from this disasters meal AMEN!!!!”

  “One of the dirtiest KFC I've visited. What is the worst no one is doing anything there apart of standing/watching the screen and waiting for a chicken to be cooked. In fact the food was very oily. I was bored so I was an observer- watching closely due waiting for my order. Absolutely disaster. Firstly I was waiting 16 min for my 3 piece meal (pieces was given incorrect so I complained). Then I was waiting additional 30min just to get my order right (chicken frying time is 17-20min). Someone said that one of the machines was broken and they are sorry. Places to seat wasn't clean, lots of rubbish on the tables, on the floor. Behind the counter, food worktops etc dirty. Also all delivery orders was just standing on the counter like between 20-30min straight without being kept worm. Can you imagine how it will taste?? Yhhhh avoid this place. You have other restaurants around so go there. One more thing, it wasn't busy. Time of my visit between 5pm-6pm”
