“Staff seem to be unable to understand that cutlery is needed to eat their hot sandwiches. Had to ask three times and still did not get a knife. Also they have flies in their pastry cabinet. Allowed another customer to grab my coffee and had to have it remade which confused the staff.”

“I visited the Starbucks at Victoria Station today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The two staff members working at the time were not very welcoming or friendly, which made the interaction feel quite uncomfortable. I also tried to scan my Starbucks Rewards app as I usually do, but I was told they don’t accept it at this location. This was frustrating, as it wasn’t explained clearly and felt inconsistent with other stores. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired. I hope the team can improve their customer service and provide clearer information about their policies.”
