  “I am incredibly disappointed by my experience at this branch. I tried to order a basic iced matcha latte and asked to swap the default oat milk for coconut milk. I was told a flat 'no' and informed that staff cannot accommodate any requests for ingredient swaps.To try and find a workaround, I even offered to pay more for one of their specialty matcha drinks that already contains coconut milk, asking them to simply leave out the sugary syrups. They refused that request too.Operating a coffee shop like an unbending vending machine completely destroys any sense of customer service. Forcing customers to accept rigid, pre-set recipes with absolutely zero flexibility is ridiculous, especially for anyone trying to manage an intolerance, allergy, or personal preference. If you want a café that actually values hospitality and can handle a simple customization, avoid this corporate chain and go elsewhere in Mayfair”

  “The staff at this branch is very rude and not friendly at all - which spoiled the whole experience for me. Both - the lady at the till and the barista lady were rude for no reason - not coming back to this branch.”

  “I stopped in here during a busy morning to grab a quick latte while walking through Mayfair. The interior has a very clean and modern look that feels bright even on a grey day. My drink was ready within a few minutes and the temperature was just right, which I appreciated since I was in a bit of a rush. It is a small space but very efficient for a quick caffeine fix. I would definitely swing by again if I needed a reliable coffee on the go.”
