  “I had such a lovely time celebrating my birthday at Wagtail\! The cocktails were honestly 10/10, the vibes were absolutely on point, and the nibbles were so tasty. The views were impeccable too, such a beautiful spot and the perfect setting for a birthday celebration. The staff were incredibly attentive and always on hand whenever we needed anything. A special shoutout to Jackie, who was super helpful throughout the day and really looked after us. We somehow ended up spending 5+ hours here, which probably says it all!.. 😂 The DJ was fantastic and really brought the atmosphere to life, and I have to mention the cocktails again because they were SO good! 🍸 Lou was an absolute gem too — she kindly found us a table and was always around whenever we had any questions. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better! Such a great spot with amazing food, cocktails, views and atmosphere. Would definitely return and highly recommend!”

  “Wagtail is one of London’s most impressive rooftop restaurants. The panoramic views across the City are absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect setting for a special lunch, dinner, or cocktails. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour, while the cocktails were expertly crafted. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegant and relaxed. A fantastic experience from start to finish—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in London.”

  “We had an incredible experience here. Our table looked out onto the balcony area and the view was stunning, especially as it was a sunny day. We asked for a tour so the manager Frank kindly took us up to the upper rooftop from which you can see the whole of central London. The staff were on point with the service and everyone was very friendly. The managers Frank and Otto made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent, with the highlights being the sea bream crudo starter and the monkfish tail main. All the drinks were great, but the apple crumble cocktail by bartender Sophia was the stand out. Overall would definitely recommend.”

  “Wagtail is one of those places that truly has it all. Incredible rooftop views across London’s skyline, outstanding food, and a stylish atmosphere. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour, while the cocktails were just as memorable. The service was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel even more special. Whether you’re visiting for drinks at sunset or a special meal, Wagtail is a place I’d highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back for those amazing views and another unforgettable evening.”

  “Stunning rooftop bar with views to the Monument and Southbank. Got there as they opened on a Saturday morning at 11am and we were very lucky to get a table for 2. The service was top notch, the food excellent and of course the views!! Started off very quiet (romantic) but once the tables of celebratory ladies arrived and the DJ hit the decks, it got very festive. They have a 2 or 3 course fixed price food options and 3 bottomless drinks (1.5 hours) options. Great day out as we also hit the rooftop bar later.”

  “Went there yesterday on a lovely sunny afternoon for a few cocktails, the cocktails are very nice and service is fairly quick. The only issue is that we had an allotted 1.5 hours and after 1 hour we were brought the bill which had a £7.50 service charge added. We said we weren't done yet but we were told that you pay after every round and we'd had 2 cocktails each at this point. This didn't sound right so decided rather than have one more each we'd leave or have to suffer another service charge. Very odd. It was pretty hot up there so getting water spilt on me was actually a bonus.”

  “Wagtail hosted my 30th birthday last year in summer 2025 . The coordination from the team leading up to my event was great, and on the day myself and guests were well looked after. The drinks were great. And the bar food was also enjoyable. Great views and lovely decor. I have since been back twice and my review is the same. One of my favourite rooftops in London !”

  “Lovely setting with an amazing view. Food looked great coming out and an excellent wine list. The Chenin Blanc was outstanding and avreal treat. Chilean Pinot Noir was excellent too. Servers all friendly and efficient. Location is perfect, round the corner of Monument tube station so very easy to reach. Recommended. Make sure you try the cocktails!”

  “Was our first visit at the Wagtail rooftop and was very impressed. Staggering views across the city with a beautiful view of the shard and London Bridge, Our host, Alex Popescu was so accommodating and friendly and we had excellent service. Will definitely visit again especially in summer”
