Customer Review Summary

Bottomless brunch draws the most mentions, with reviewers describing drinks that kept flowing, regular Prosecco top-ups, and a server who made sure glasses were never empty, including one who noted dietary requirements were handled. Corporate events come close behind, with groups praising the setup, the interior design, and drinks served without waiting. Food gets mixed reports. Reviewers single out calamari and arancini as delicious, along with prawns, a pan fried salmon with light mashed potatoes, and fresh tomatoes, and a valentines lobster and steak dinner after the theatre was called excellent. One diner found the tacos very hard and not fresh, and said the sides with the prawns weren't fresh either. Another reviewer on a hot day called the room fairly warm. Others describe the atmosphere as relaxed but lively, not too loud or too quiet, and good for after-work drinks with friends. One diner on a Friday evening found the place quiet, and a reviewer who sat upstairs mentions a great view, with only three tables on that floor.

“Came on a Friday night in a party of two. We sat upstairs at the first floor with great view. There were only three tables. The tacos were very hard and not fresh while the prawns were good even though the sides weren’t fresh. The tomatoes were very fresh with a good dressing. The pan fried salmon were cooked well and the mashed potatoes were light and well seasoned. The service was was good and we were served within reasonable time”

“We had such a great time at bottomless brunch! The food was delicious, the drinks kept flowing, and the atmosphere was brilliant. A special mention to Moni, who looked after us so well throughout. He was so friendly, attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty without ever making us feel rushed. His excellent service really made the experience and is a big reason we’d happily come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun brunch with fantastic service!”

“We booked a table for drinks for 7pm on Friday. It’s a perfect place to met up with friends after work on Friday as it’s quieter in the city. The place was also quiet, so it was perfect. It’s on the ground floor of Heron tower, that also hosts Sushi Samba and Duck and Waffles on top floors. It’s just the opposite of Pan Pacific Hotel. I thought price was reasonable, despite the location The service was great and so were the drinks. We ordered two dishes of nibbles, calamari and Arancini. They were both very delicious and good portions to our surprise. calamari was soft inside and crisp outside. Arancini could be brining sometimes, but they were so tasty and texture was so nice. Happy to go back.”
