About Well & Fed
Well & Fed is a London cafe at 115 Queen's Rd, open daily during the daytime only. The coffee comes from Mission Coffee Works and is pulled on a La Marzocco machine, with flat whites (including an oat version), lattes and iced lattes on offer. Food centres on toasted sandwiches, such as a toasted rosemary focaccia with prosciutto, cheese and salad, alongside sourdough bread. The sweet side leans vegan, with cakes like the pear, chocolate and cardamom cake. A deli section sells wellness food, and organic wines and local beers are stocked next to the coffee. Products from local suppliers are also sold in the cafe.

Customer Review Summary
The criticisms are specific. One coffee reviewer found a flat white far too hot and bitter, with beans that seemed stale. Another felt the espresso drinks vanish in two sips and wished for larger cups. A reviewer who wanted a meal found only deli items, and another was disappointed by the 3 PM closing. One notes it gets busy in the afternoon and suggests going early for a calmer vibe.

“A laptop over coffee with a jazzy playlist accompanying the chill atmosphere. Americano was great. Would love to try their pastries next time :). Gets a bit busy afternoon, so id go early for a calmer vibe.”

“BEST PLACE IN PECKHAM! Don’t go anywhere else!!!! The coffee here is unbelievable every single time—honestly the highlight of my day. I come in every morning with my partner not just for the perfect oat flat white, but also for the amazing focaccia toasties and the delicious vegan sweet treats. And of course, seeing Claudia always makes our morning even better. She’s so lovely and funny, and having a little catch-up with her is what gets us leaping out of bed in the morning. If you’re in Peckham, this is the spot. Don’t miss out!”

“I really like this place—it’s a great addition and very much in line with most independent cafes, which is both a positive and an opportunity for improvement. While the overall vibe is inviting, perhaps the café could explore more innovative ways to entice people to visit, making it stand out even more. The food is beautifully presented and tastes as good as it looks, and the coffee is excellent—though it feels like it’s gone in just two sips! Larger cup sizes or alternative portions could really enhance the experience. The staff are warm and friendly, and the atmosphere inside feels cozy and welcoming, making it a nice spot to relax or catch up with friends. The one downside for me is the early closing time of 3 PM. Extending the hours would open up more opportunities to draw in customers during the later afternoon, and it’s the main reason I’ve deducted a star. Overall, a lovely café with lots of potential to grow and become a must-visit spot!”

“Very disappointed. Ordered a flat white, way too hot, should be 65°, beans didn't seem fresh as the coffee tasted bitter. I review coffees globally, this was the 3rd coffee I had in Camberwell today and was definitely the worst. Old Spikes and Nolas are significantly better.”
