About The Little Cat Cafe

The Little Cat Cafe is a cafe in Myatt's Fields park in London, run as a social enterprise with a walk-in setup at 24 Cormont Rd. The kitchen covers a 72-dish menu that runs from porridge, omelets, and egg on toast to blueberry pancakes and a Bacon Sandwich, alongside freshly squeezed orange juice. Coffee drinks include cappuccino, latte, iced mocha, and matcha, and the counter also serves as a coffee store and pizza takeaway for anyone eating off site. Outdoor tables sit within the park itself, drawing dog walkers, and dogs are welcome around the seating. A step-free entrance suits visitors with mobility needs, high chairs suit families with young children, and free Wi-Fi runs throughout. It opens daily, takes both cash and cards, and operates as a family-run business.

Customer Review Summary

The blueberry pancakes draw repeat praise as the standout order, with reviewers calling them fluffy, warm, and among the best they've had, alongside a fresh orange juice and porridge singled out as favorites. Close behind, the coffee comes up again and again, from cappuccinos to lattes and iced mochas, and the egg and bacon sandwich gets a specific mention as a satisfying, well priced choice. Several reviewers highlight the setting itself, a cafe inside the park with outdoor tables where dogs gather and children can wander off and back, plus one visitor notes a temporary relocation to the park offices nearby. The family running it, described as a husband and wife team, draws consistent warmth in reviewer comments, with one calling it a find after a hospital visit nearby and praising staff for bringing food out to a table. One regular reports returning for about eight years. No recurring complaints surface across the reviews.

We loved this little place. They have just about everything you could want on the menu, including some of the best blueberry pancakes we've had in a long time.. was there a hint of cinnamon in them? So good, fluffy, and warm. We loved the fresh orange juice, the porridge was incredible, and they had great beverages (we got a latte, coffee, and a matcha). One of the best parts was the fact that it was in a park so my toddler could run around and come back for random bites when she pleased. There were tons of dogs around and so many activities so it was like breakfast and entertainment in one.

Wonderful local cafe with a great family staff. Good food, good prices. Had the egg & bacon sandwich and an iced mocha. An awesome place to visit while in the area.

Incredible experience all the time! Such a dreamy venue, and heartwarming atmosphere. Here you have to come on your slow days and when you want to get out of the busy streets. The blueberry pancakes are the best!

How this listing is sourced

Where the data comes from
Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
How it stays current
Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
How it is ranked
Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
