  “Ormo Lounge in Llandudno is located right by the Pier, in a really pretty building, combining the usual Loungers vibe with a nod to the old building and its’ history with the writing on the walls and the stained glass windows, I visited here for coffee and had a nice time, despite being very busy, the service was fast and my Iced French Vanilla Latte was made to a good standard, with friendly staff. I did notice the mobile signal and WiFi were pretty inconsistent here; the WiFi kept dropping in and out, and it was also in a rough spot for mobile data, which also led to issues using the online ordering and payment system, which wouldn’t work for me, so I had to order my drink at the bar. Overall, this is a pretty good Lounge. I like the location and the interior; the speed of service, even during busier periods, is also great. Even though I just ordered a drink, I was impressed.”

  “Really enjoyed our visit to Ormo Lounge! 🍜✨ The food was flavourful, beautifully presented and had plenty of vegetarian choices. A big plus was the separate vegan and gluten-free menus. The atmosphere was fantastic, while drinks are more of a self-service experience and the service could be slightly more attentive. Overall, a great dining experience!”

  “Had a Mediterranean Grill in this beautiful rwstaurant today. Food brilliant, succulent harissa chicken, Lamb kofta and paprika prawn all cooked to perfection. Crisp paprika fries, flatbread rocket salad and mint yoghurt. Bursting with flavour. Really quirky, grand and very comfortable restaurant with a great vibe. Thoroughly recommend.”

  “I’m a pretty positive reviewer but this was a disappointment. I was drawn in by the glowing interior decor which is the one thing that didn’t disappoint. But from there on in it was down hill. First 10 minutes were spent waiting alone at the entrance before being greeted which had me almost walking away, whilst reading google reviews about their inattentive staff. Then the food. The chicken tenders were not tender but chewy, dry, luke warm and obviously not fried freshly for me. The sweet potato fries were cool to the touch and limp, and the house slaw was watery and soft. I rarely leave food on my plate but tonight that happened. Were I not very hungry and non-confrontational (or asked how my meal was) I would have said something about this. As it was, for £20 with a drink it was disappointing and unfortunate given the wonderful decor.”

  “I had a bit of a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the restaurant itself is beautiful, boasting gorgeous, thoughtful decorations that create a chic and upscale atmosphere. The front-of-house team is also fantastic—the staff are incredibly nice, thoughtful, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. However, there was a major downside to our visit: the speed of the kitchen. We had to wait 35 minutes from the time we ordered for our food to arrive. This felt far too long, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy when we were there. When the food did finally arrive, it was just standard level. Everything tasted perfectly fine and was cooked properly, but it lacked any real "wow" factor. It’s a shame, because the lovely decor and wonderful service are let down by a slow kitchen producing fairly average dishes.”

  “Good service and food. We had 9 different tapas dishes between us. Tasty. Great, quirky decor, but the acoustics are poor and especially annoying with children and dogs in the restaurant.”

  “Stopped off here for a bite to eat during our Campervan Tour of North Wales. As usual we had our Dog Maxx with us so it was good that this is a dog friendly place. Really nice inside and is like a step back in time to a golden era. Plenty to choose from on the menu. I went with a Smash burger. When it arrived it looked impressive until closer inspection when looking at the actual burgers they were flattened so much to the point of being not much thicker than a sheet of paper so that was a little disappointing it did taste good but some of the bacon was cooked almost to the point is was cremated. My son had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and said the same about the bacon with that too. The milkshakes were good. The staff were were friendly as well.”

  “The five star rating is fully deserved on all counts. What an amazing place! So different to anything else we've been to for years. The staff were considerate without being pushy, efficient without being hurried. Interior decor was very Vivienne Westwood without being draggy, exterior was chic and quirky. The food! I had the Smashed Avocado Brunch with extra crispy bacon and I kid you not, I would drive the hour from home for the bacon alone. He had the breakfast, hold the mushrooms and tomatoes, sourdough toast, latte x 2. Excellent. They also have a full vegan menu and gluten free menu. Will be back as soon as possible for milkshakes, smoothies, cakes etc.etc...”

  “Stepping into Ormo Lounge in Llandudno offers a charming nod to the town's heritage, they have nailed the 'old station' feel perfectly. We came on a busy lunch service, with a bottleneck of people stood around diners tables waiting for a table. Once seated, the bar serves up a good selection of pints on draft. We opted for a trio of tapas alongside the Brisket Birria Platter which was decent. The tapas can feel more like an afternoon snack, rather than lunch. Overall 8/10.”
