  “I come to the Livingston restaurant fairly regularly,and I’ve been served by Laura quite a few times now. She’s always absolutely lovely. She’s really friendly, has a great chat about her and is always extremely helpful. To be fair, I’ve always found the staff here to be great in general, but Laura definitely stands out and is a real credit to the team. Food has always been brilliant and no issues with any orders Thanks again for the consistently great service!”

  “Never in my life have I waited 2 hours for a delivery, U could tell it was the same food from 2 hours ago anaw cus it was freezing cold. Spilled all over the bag. Horrid”

  “Had such a great experience at Black Rooster Livingston! The food was lovely and came out really quickly, highly recommend the peri wedges 😋 The staff were so welcoming, especially Kieran (I believe the store manager) who served us. He was genuinely so nice, you can tell he really enjoys his job, cares about his team and wants the store to do well. Nothing was too much trouble for him at all. 10/10, will definitely be back again!”

  “Black Rooster Peri Peri in Livingston is one of the best takeaways around. The chicken is always juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly every time. The peri peri sauce has the right balance of heat and taste, not just spice for the sake of it. Big shout out to Danish on the front counter, always friendly, helpful, and makes the experience even better. Great food, good portions, fair prices. Definitely a place I keep going back to.”

  “Very bad and to much spicy I ordered chicken and rice (hot) and loaded fries (mild), but both were as if I had ordered two extra hot and spicy ones. And there was no spoon or tissue provided, no dip either, and with the drink there wasn’t even a straw”

  “ordered a click and collect tonight and when got home my partner went to eat her lemon and herb chicken wings and when she opened them up she noticed they were pink in the middle she phoned up to be told “it is marinated in peri peri so it goes pink” which we knew wasn’t right she then went to go back to it to pick up one that was clearly raw!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE any excuse not to take countability definitely won’t be back here”

  “Very happy this is in Livingston. We got the burrito, quesadilla, chicken burger, peri chips and Mac and cheese bites and couldn’t fault any of it. We got mild and it was still quite spicy so if you don’t like much spice I wouldn’t recommend mild. Peri chips are amazing but a little bit salty.”
