“I ordered large chicken kabab and they sent me the small one and I also asked for salad but they didn’t but salad on my food. I called them back and I said you send me the wrong food and the owner was angry and told me only English people are complaining just for salad and then i said so what? He said don’t be English 😡 the owner was racist . Don’t go there horrible customer service”

“Absolute joke of a place. Been a customer for years. Phones up after they sent completely the wrong order. And the owner screams at me down the phone cause I asked would my order now be cold. Phoned back proceeded to insult me etc. Guy has serious anger issues. And should certainly not be running a face to face business! Serious risk to the public this fella. Will never order from here again. Much better places with much nicer staff. If this is how they treat loyal customers. Then god know a what you would get for your first order! Even asked us not to touch the food as this order would be getting sent to the original person whose order it was. Luckily I’ve refused and kept the order so someone else isn’t paying for third hand food. Proper minty behaviour.”
