Quick info
About Becky’s Kitchen
Breakfast is the focus at Becky’s Kitchen, a breakfast restaurant on Breckfield Rd N in Liverpool. The kitchen cooks fresh to order, with a traditional full English available in a large size and plates served with tea or coffee, refills included. Portions come out big. There is no booking system, so seats are taken as walk-ins, and payment is cash only, worth planning for before you arrive. High chairs make the room workable for families with young children. Trade includes people in the city for football at the stadium or for a gig, with breakfast serving as a stop before the journey home. The doors open Monday to Saturday during the daytime, with Sundays closed.

The full English breakfast is what reviewers return to Becky's Kitchen for, with one describing a large version as a perfect breakfast and another listing sausage, crispy hash browns, a poached egg, thick tiger bread toast, black pudding and beans, all cooked well. Close behind are the portions, which diners call big, fresh and freshly cooked, and the value, with one noting unlimited tea and coffee alongside the plate. Staff come up repeatedly as friendly, welcoming and down to earth, and a few visitors from abroad or out of town describe it as their first proper English breakfast, with a home cooked taste. Several say they plan to come back next visit, including a family from Wales who ate there before driving home after a stadium tour and said they could have ordered a second breakfast.
