  “Pancakes and milkshake came hastily . Staff are welcoming and polite Menu looks divine So many amazing and delicious options to satisfy all ages. Food ratings 10/10 Presentation 10/10 Speed of service 10/10 The whole dining space is immaculate Such a lovely atmosphere. Best milkshake I’ve ever had, Would definitely recommend the Nutella and banana pancakes.”

  “Muhammad provided outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent recommendations. The desserts were absolutely delicious, and we really appreciated that they’re open until very late—we visited at 1:00 a.m. and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!”

  “We had an amazing dessert here and the staff were brilliant. I didn't catch the name of who greeted us at the door but he was very welcoming and cheerful, and our server Muhammad was very friendly and efficient! The food came out quickly and was delicious, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you! :)”

  “The drinks were really good—cold, fresh, and refreshing. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always smiling, which made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the waffles. For £10,75 I expected much better quality. There wasn’t enough chocolate, and I was charged an extra £2 for a very small amount of additional chocolate, which didn’t feel worth it. The strawberries also didn’t seem very fresh, and there weren’t enough of them either. If I come back, it will definitely be for the drinks, not the waffles. I hope the dessert quality and portion sizes improve.”

  “Had Fatima as our waiter, food was so delicious, portion size was so worth the price. Got the Biscoff American Waffle and Ultimate Hot Chocolate — way too good. The hot chocolate was beyond my expectations and Fatima was so sweet (cutest smile 😊). Would definitely come back~”

  “Lovely clean place. Empty when we arrived at 1pm and doors locked, they opened up when we tried the doors though. Comfy seats, nice place to sit and they have wifi. Our server was Orla, food and drinks arrived quickly, very pleasant. The desserts were amazing, they happily let us change the flavour of ice cream to make it perfect. Latte really good and we ordered Royale hot chocolate just to try. Also really good. I had the hit cookie dough with butterscotch and walnuts, excellent.”

  “We came around 2 pm on the 26th of November, 2025. The environment of the cafe was nice - clean, tidy, spacious & not noisy. The gelatos were also nice. The service however, was very poor! The male cashier or supervisor seemed too eager to increase the sales & kept on coming to our table to check if we would like to make another order. There were only 2 occupied tables during the said time, the other table being a Caucasian guy doing some works on his laptop. The supervisor did not go to this Caucasian guy table, but instead kept on coming to our table. When we did not add any further order, his face looked disgusted & unhappy. This made us felt uneasy while trying to enjoy our gelatios. The management should train the staffs on tacts & common sense! To the male cashier/supervisor, remember: 1. Not everyone that come to your establishment would order a lot of items; we came because we like ice creams/gelatios; 2. If you had already asked the customer once, it should be ok already. If the customer would like to further order, he/she for sure would notify you; 3. Don't look down on customer that spend a small amount in your establishment, haven't you heard of repeated customer; but because of your behaviour, we felt disgusted to come again or to order further; 4. Do not force others to order things if you do not like to be forced as well; 5. Be thankful that there are people coming to your establishment to spend their hard-earned money, no matter how small the amount is, because they are the one that pay your monthly salary.”
