  “Only opened the door at 12, let walk ins before bookings. Service was pretty slow, food was only luke warm (some was even cold). NOT a place would visit again, think they really need to step up a few gears. Overall impression,not really worth the time out taken to go.”

  “We came here for our sons 16th birthday we booked for 12pm and on arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who presented our son with a birthday card which we thought was a nice little touch. We were then taken to our table and given a drinks menu and the waiter explained that we can collect a plate and eat whatever we liked from the selection on offer. Once we had decided on our drinks we paid upfront and then we were able to go and pick our food. There is a vast selection of food choices from around the world and there is something to suit everyone's tastes, there is also a lovely selection of cakes. The ambience is very relaxed with soft lighting and beautiful decoration and there is light music playing in the background. The restaurant is beautifully clean and the wait staff are on hand for anything you need or questions you have. There is also a cute little robot waiter that wanders around. We've already decided that we will be back for my husbands birthday.”

  “Food was cold..range of food disappointing. Place just felt generally uncared for... Pizza station was messy with no pizza out or just off plates. Chips were cold but they brought fresh out and just put them out on top of cold ones. Went to try other things (curry) got back to table that was cold too. Raised our concerns to staff who said were going to check temps of equipment in case they had been turned down. Surely that should be done prior to opening? Also its pretty obvious that temp checks of food itself isnt being done either. Very disappointed as was highly recommended to us by a few people. We asked for a refund and they refunded the food and charged is for the drinks we had... we did say we would but a nice touch would have been a full refund.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been here several times and it’s always been a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food selection is excellent, with a huge variety of cuisines and plenty of delicious options to choose from. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and tasty. One of my favourite parts is the cute little robot that brings your drinks to the table – it’s a fun touch and makes the experience even more enjoyable! I’d definitely recommend COSMO Liverpool to anyone looking for a great all-you-can-eat buffet. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”

  “This Cosmo Liverpool did not fail to satisfy as the rest of the Cosmo buffet restaurants. This Cosmo is clean, well maintained. The ambience is great for meeting, celebration or a romantic dinner. The food is tantalising, and delightfully delicious 😋. You are spoilt for choice. But I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb and beef they were simply heavily. The staff here were simply delightful. They were kind, considerate and very helpful. The lady at the till was so funny she cracked us all up. I will definitely be visiting again anytime am in Liverpool.”

  “Great buffet. Food isn't anything life-changing, but you don't expect that from a buffet. There was a good variety at lunch time, including the chocolate fountain and sushi which I've found is often just for dinner at other buffets. The buffet area was kept well cleaned and stocked while we were there. There are labels showing what each dish is, if it contains common allergens, if it's vegetarian. There are two lifts behind the stairs for getting up from the entrance. We were seated in an area that had easy access to the buffet in a wheelchair. There is a sink by the drink machine for washing hands. The food could be difficult to reach from a wheelchair or for people with limited reach. Staff were easy to find. There's a robot cat. Her name is Bella. If you ask nicely they might send her to your table just for fun. There's also another robot called Hallie. Cost doesn't include a drink and I feel like it's maybe a little expensive. But I think that's probably me not keeping up with the cost of everything going up. About £16 for food and £5 for drink. Nowadays you'd probably be spending half that on a McDonald's. If somebody wants to go to a buffet I would suggest it. I'd say it's one of the best buffet's I've been to. It's also worth it as a silly little experience with a robot cat waiter. I don't think it's something most people would regret trying even if they don't go back again.”

  “One of the better all-you-can-eat establishments I’ve been to. A slightly more expensive but better quality version of ‘Bon’ (also in Liverpool). Some items weren’t hot enough, but otherwise food was fairly delicious. Wide range, from sushi, to nachos, Chinese food, pizza and Indian food. Restaurant is spacious and clean. Staff are nice and friendly. 10% off for students.”

  “WOW! You simply MUST give this place a try. The food is excellent quality, fresh, hot and tasty. Great variety, from Pizza, to Tikka Masala, to Thai Rice, Cosmo has it all. The décor is lovely, very nicely presented throughout. Nothing serms cheap in terms of design. Very clean. Good facilities. Staff are all excellent and really friendly. In every other world buffet I've been to, the food is excessively salty leaving you with an incurable thirst for the rest of the day. But that is not the case here; the food is all delicious and not salty at all. Refillable sodas are a DISTINCT benefit and this certainly makes a difference to me coming back here. Pictures don't do this place justice, it's so nice here! Highly recommend.”

  “I visited COSMO All You Can Eat World Buffet Restaurant for dinner yesterday with a group of friends and we had such a great time! The variety of food is honestly impressive — there’s something for everyone, from Asian dishes and Indian curries to pizza, carvery and plenty of desserts. Everything we tried was fresh and regularly topped up, and it was perfect for a group because we could all choose different cuisines and still sit together. The dessert section was definitely a highlight too! The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the evening. It’s great value for money considering the huge selection available. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!”
