Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return most to the service, with one server singled out again and again as friendly, efficient and helpful without being intrusive. Staff who accommodated a fussy child, helped with the free WiFi and showed the flight board come up too, as does one server who took care over a coeliac diner's allergies and a discount offered after a diner's partner bit his tongue following a seizure. Food draws close praise: poached eggs with potato hash and a cappuccino, a nicely fiery curry, and a breakfast one reviewer found very nice for an airport. Several call the atmosphere relaxed and the service fast. The criticism is sharper than the rest. One diner found the chicken shawarma bread stone hard, the croutons in the Caesar salad rock hard, the cutlery damaged and the bill very slow. Another called the Guinness one of the worst pints they had had and the food poor for the price, and a third wanted more sausage, bacon and egg. One reviewer closed on a meal costing twenty pounds all in and called it reasonable.

“Helen and Max were lovely and really efficient. Food was ok, but dry and arrived before drinks despite Helen kindly putting in the drink order earlier for that reason”

“It was our first time visiting Liverpool airport and Sable & Co for breakfast and a drink. The service by Maxine was amazing, nice friendly approach, didn’t wait long for food. We also received a discount due to my partner not being able to eat due to a seizure day before and bit his tongue. Maxine spoke with the chef and management and they offered discount which we didn’t expect and were still willing to pay for our breakfasts but gratefully appreciated thank you We will be back with our family soon Kelly & Craig”
