“We ordered our food it took 40 minutes to come and we were given the wrong order we called our driver to say this and he did not care and didn't go to get our food when we rung the shop they told us to order another and pay more to get what we already should have had the manager belittled us and was shouting at us when we was trying to figure out how to get our food we have still not got our food or a refund horrible customer service”

“Worst customer service and overall management of an establishment i have ever experienced. I ordered food for my friend and i, not only did it arrive cold, but it was the wrong order! when calling the restaurant, the manager was being blatantly sexist and belittled me. No refund, and when asked for the right food to be delivered, he said just spend more money and order a new one! The manager was shouting down the phone when i tried to have a civilised conversation, further i have still not received any compensation nor an apology.”
