  “God help me keep this calm and collected. If the floor was half as good as the kitchen then it would be outstanding - if the kitchen were half as bad as the floor it would be utter hell. As it stands, this is simultaneously the ideal and absolute worst place to spend your time and money. Entered to what feels like an STi waiting room, then asked for a menu to which the young server, pointed at a menu above his counter away from our table. I mentioned I couldn’t read it and then appeared which I presume was the owner, who proceeded to laugh with the server and commented am I short sighted? I asked them what was funny about having trouble to read, yet they continued to snigger. The entire place is lacking any kind of owner lead soul and attention to customer service and I’m not surprised many visitors feel the same as we did. Over complicated ordering where I did all the work, handing tickets, collecting food, even had to get our own cutlery while 2 floor staff, an owner and 3 chefs stood around laughing and joking. Food was fantastic but that’s where it stood. Even the help in the kitchen clearing tables with washing up gloves on! No music, no vibe, no atmosphere ZERO atmosphere to be seen. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return even just for the food which again, was outstanding. I just make a special mention to the owner here. I worked for 20 years within the catering industry with many successful businesses and brands personally and professionally. You NEED help here urgently. Whether you’ve lost your way or never had it in the first place, your customers journey is appalling from start to finish, it’s an insult to your chefs and food. WAKE UP!”

  “Delicious, perfectly cooked noodles. Clean and bright with loads of seating, great portions and the guy was super friendly and came over for a chat. I lived in China for a bit and missed this type of comfort food. Their matcha cheesecake was also👌 Wouldn't mind some background music but we will be back!”
