“Without question the worst excuse for an Indian meal I have ever seen! Ordered a tikka biriani from Caspian Paradise with curry curry sauce added plus delivery. Not even properly hot, curry sauce missing and meats barely cooked. £11.70 plus delivery and tip fir driver. This was a carry out order for home delivery. Only thing good about it was pretty quick delivery. Dreadful! . It went in the bin. Money wasted.”

“I ordered a 1/4 special burger with NO chips, and i asked them 2 times to remake my order because i have an intolarance to potatoes and the 2nd time it had tomatoes on which i asked them to make with no tomatoes and they didnt even refund me for the chips, at least the food was good.”

“I ordered a Biscoff waffle with one scoop of Belgian chocolate ice cream and one scoop of Biscoff Crunch, plus a Biscoff milkshake made with Biscoff Crunch ice cream. What arrived was a waffle so dry it could have been used to soak up an oil spill, with no sauce whatsoever and only a single tiny scoop of Belgian chocolate ice cream. When I called to ask about the missing Biscoff Crunch scoop and the £1.50 I’d paid for it, I was told they’d run out of Biscoff Crunch ice cream hours earlier. An interesting claim considering they’d somehow managed to make my milkshake with… Biscoff Crunch ice cream. The explanation then evolved into: “We gave you two scoops of Belgian chocolate instead.” No, you didn’t. The final masterpiece of customer service came when I pointed out there was clearly only one scoop. I was told it was “definitely two scoops even if it is really really tiny.” I’m sorry, what exactly are you using as a scoop? A teaspoon? A melon baller? An archaeologist’s brush? Rather than refund the missing £1.50, I was generously offered “extra sauce next time.” There won’t be a next time. Nothing says “cost of living crisis” quite like arguing over a scoop of imaginary ice cream and attempting to gaslight a customer into believing a microscopic scoop counts as two. Avoid unless you enjoy dry waffles, disappearing ice cream, and customer service that treats basic maths as a matter of opinion.”
