  “Thank you for last night's hospitality for my retirement party in the function room. From first contact when I made the booking, everything was very good including the buffet, the service from your staff, the spacious room and even helping with taxi arrangements. The whole group had an excellent night, so thank you once again.”

  “The Peachy Keen and The Cherry Spiral (Special) cocktails were dangerously good! They didn’t taste of alcohol at all which is definitely dangerous cos I could’ve had 100 of them 😂🍸 Brilliant choices for gluten free folk. I went for the gluten free nachos for my starter 🧀 A fajita chicken burger for dinner 🍔 and finally a raspberry and prosecco posset for pudding 🍨 Absolutely fantastic service from Naomi, Jenny, Millie, Holly and Amelia. I was the only one drinking cocktails in my party and they brought me their special without me even needing to ask! 😍❤️ I’ll definitely be back to this wonderful establishment!   “The best fillet steaks in Fife and beyond! Milly is a little legend and served us with confidence and competence. The owner made a good decision taking her on. All staff are great, I could even hear the guys in the kitchen having a banter! The place has a chilled out vibe with a good playlist I might add! I'll be back on numerous occasions, well done to every single person involved with this business”

  “We were in for a meal before taking part in the quiz tonight… Everyone loved it (fish, steak pie, salmon and fajitas) have booked again for Sunday as looking forward to Sunday roast. Service and atmosphere were also terrific - Would definitely recommend and will be back next Thursday again for quiz night!”

  “I had a lovely meal at this delightful restaurant. The breaded fish was absolutely cooked to perfection and the chunky chips were a good choice to accompany the chips. I especially liked that the food was still really hot when it reached the table. The background music was just pleasant enough that our conversations were not overshadowed by loud music. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful when communicating with us and answering our questions. Definitely a place a I would visit again soon and I would recommend to others”

  “Our table was booked for 1.30pm, on arrival my mum sister and I were seated, drinks served within 5 minutes, meal served 10-15 minutes later, only I had a starter, garlic mushroom bruschetta WOW WOW WOW !!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ For mains sister had steak pie with mash, mum had fish and chips, and I had steak pie with chips. For years I have visited many eating establishments on my quest for a perfect steak pie..... my quest is over😁 For years in my quest it was sad steak pie after sad steak pie😢....minimal steak and far too much gravy. The steadings is my final stop for a steak pie😁😁 see pic for meat chunks data😁🤣. Overall, great service, chilled atmosphere, good price, I will be back😁😁😁 You should go too 👍”

  “We booked online which was very easy to do. When we arrived we were greeted with great warmth and a friendly staff. The service was very efficient and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us and it was very obvious that they had read and remembered the comments made online in my booking. The food was by far the best we have had in Kirkcaldy. We had the steak pie, the fish and chips and the venison. All we're very tasty and cooked to perfection. The chips were amazing with the right level of crisp on the outside and fluffiness on the inside. We woul be safe in saying that this is definitely the best food and service in Kirkcaldy set with a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. A must place to visit. We certainly will pop in a lot more now we have found somewhere decent to dine in Kirkcaldy.”

  “Had my daughters First holy communion celebrations in The steadings and have to say it was absolutely fantastic. Had 23 people attending and all agree that they would come back for any event or just to chill in the pub. The function room is spacious, clean and modern. The food is fantastic and so are the drinks. Can’t thank Lauren, Jade and all of their team enough. It was really easy to book the function room as well with Lauren being really attentive and understanding. Then Jade had regular contact with me to make sure everything is sorted before the event date which I really appreciate. Thank you all again! Definitely will be back soon for more of your roast dinner”

  “Booked a table for me and my fiance for our 4 year anniversary on Saturday and our experience at The Steadings was perfect! We were promptly sat in the lounge near the bar, with all the staff being attentive. Drinks were poured and we decided on our food. It was amazing! I had the Haggis, then the steak pie (which is one of the best steak pies I have had!) And I finished off with the Stick Toffee Pudding! My fiance had the mushrooms, Salmon with noodles then finished with the tart, she absolutely loved the lot! Everything about a busy Saturday night at the Steadings was perfect, we have found our local! Highly recommended to everyone and we will certain be back, for the quiz, a quick pint with our dog and parties in the future! 👌👏🍺🍸😎”
