About Burger King
Burger King on North Street in Glenrothes is a fast food restaurant run on a walk-in basis, with counter and table service where staff bring orders to diners. The menu centres on the chain's flame-grilled burgers, and a self-serve Coke machine offers standard options alongside Coke Zero and raspberry flavouring. Drive-through ordering and pickup are available on site. Shakes and frozen drinks are dispensed from a machine, and customers can fill their own drinks at the fountain. Wait times at the drive-through before ordering and at collection are a recurring point of frustration for visitors.

Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers praise a clean store and lovely staff, with one calling the burger great and the chips hot and filling. Another notes the drinks machine had Coke Zero and working raspberry flavouring. Three describe poor service: a warm, congealed shake and cold food after a long wait, a short frozen Fanta with no refund, and a wrong order refused a fix by a rude employee.
