  “Food is great out here but every single time I put a collection in to pick up... they always get something wrong or miss out. Gets frustrating and tonight I could not be bothered calling to then go and pick up the missed items. On top of that never followed instructions on my kebabs. Annoyed especially when it wasnt cheap for a take away”

  “Stay away!!!! Pizza was crap! 1.5 hrs for delivery! JOKE! If you fancy a cold pizza...go for it! Even an an Eskimo wouldn't be happy as it was that colder than a block of ice ! Never again! Driver was rude and didn't give a toss! Stay away!!!!!! You deserve 3.6 as a full rating. Close now and make doughnuts!”

  “Ordered on Justeat and when the pizza arrived I was asked for another £2.50 saying my postcode should be £5.00 for delivery and Justeat made a mistake. SORT It out Kismet, absolutely ridiculous being highjacked at the door. Either educate your delivery drivers or notify Justeat of this increase.”

  “1.5 hours to deliver, had to reheat everything as it was stone cold and chips were missing. Called the Kismet and didn’t even apologise, just told me to claim through Just Eat. Have used the Kismet for several years but it has declined so much that I will no longer be using.”

  “Been a customer for years and will never be back!! Item was missing from delivery and whrb phoned and reported this l mentioned oil from mushrooms had leaked over the food. Was told to bin the food and a new order would be sent out. Here comes 2nd delivery and item that was delivered wasn't even the original missing item. Phoned again and said they would send out the rest of order, where l refused! As was close to 2hrs from original order time and requested refund!”

  “Really bad food and service, not willing to recompense. Ask for food back when the delivery driver comes to collect it and then tell you they won’t deliver another meal to you, avoid!! See photos, this was £18 pounds worth 😬”
