  “Went here after a long day working on saturday and all staff members were great from bar staff to servers, table service too which is rare for a desi pub. Great beer selection. Had many mixed grills before but have to say iver inn one of the best, great flavours and right amount not too much of anything....happy we dropped in will defo be back”

  “Bustling with eating and drinking and mix of white and south Asian clientele. Quite an extended estate with an out back section, a popular Indian styked restaurant and pretty big car park. Pub itself has history going back over 400 years.”

  “The pub itself and the staff are great but the way some of the regulars can make this pub really uncomfortable to visit. Did not appreciate the micro-aggressions, especially being told to sit at the back of the pub where the other Indian patrons were. Perhaps visit when there are no major sporting events, if you are hard of hearing, or if you have extremely thick skin.”

  “Yesterday I went to this pub with my family and had a great experience with food and most importantly the service. The staff here is kind and gentle i remember the name of a guy who gave us great service named ikjot, he attended us well with smile. We will definitely revisit this place because of the best service we received from the guy.”

  “Visited The Swan for the first time with a large group and overall the food was very good. We ordered the King Mixed Grill and Lamb Chops. The meats were well seasoned, flavourful and cooked nicely for the most part. However, the lamb chops were unfortunately overcooked and quite chewy. Another disappointment was that the sizzling plates were so hot that the onions ended up burnt, which is usually one of the best parts of a mixed grill. We also ordered the Chilli Chicken, which was tasty and had just the right level of spice. The service could have been better, as our food arrived at different times and our naans were forgotten at one point. It was also a hot weekend and there was only one fan for everyone dining outside, which made things a little uncomfortable. The prices are reasonable and we'd definitely return and give it another try.”

  “Passed this place 100’s of times but it never looked appealing, a friend recently told us that the food was really good so we decided to give it a try. We definitely were not disappointed, the food was amazing. The staff were nice and very helpful. The place was really busy but they were happy to accommodate us even though we didn’t have a booking. The pub/restaurant is bigger than you expect it to be. The only downside is the menu doesn’t describe the dishes so it’s a bit hard to know what to order. We played it safe and order the same dish we’ve had at other restaurants and it was delicious. Seeing other people’s food we asked the staff what it was so we can try it the next time as it looked gorgeous. The lollipop chicken is apparently amazing so will definitely try that. We literally can’t wait to go back, we were there on Wednesday and planning to go back at the weekend very reasonably priced and the portion size was good. We took some of ours home”
