  “⭐ 0/5 – Absolutely disgusting experience. Never again. Spent around £50 at Trinity HFC today and honestly, I regret it. The whole experience was extremely disappointing from the food to the way customers are treated. Most of their “meals” don’t even include a drink. Why on earth would you call something a meal if there is no drink included? I ordered a chicken wrap meal which supposedly includes a drink, only to be told that the only drink available was a small bottle of plain water. Not even a can or bottle of a normal soft drink. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I questioned this, I was told that the “boss” had changed the policy only yesterday. If you have changed your policy, then make it clear to customers BEFORE they order. I would have absolutely no problem if it simply said “drink not included”. But advertising a meal with a drink and then only offering a tiny bottle of water is completely misleading and extremely poor customer service. I asked for the owner/boss’s contact details so I could raise the issue directly. I was told they couldn’t provide a phone number or email address. So customers are expected to just accept whatever they are told and have no way of contacting the person responsible? Absolutely unacceptable. And the chicken nuggets were honestly some of the worst I have ever tasted. They tasted like the cheapest possible nuggets you could buy. Even my 6-year-old said he had never tasted such bad nuggets before. That says everything. To make matters worse, I witnessed customers being turned away because they wanted to pay by card. Apparently it is cash only. Seriously? In 2026, a takeaway refusing customers because they want to pay by card is ridiculous. For around £50, I expected a reasonable standard of food and customer service. Instead, I got poor-quality food, misleading meal options, no proper way to contact management, and an outdated cash-only payment policy. This is not how you treat paying customers. And definitely not how to run a business. Never again. And do not response to this saying get in touch directly as there is no way to get in touch even when asked in store. So don’t pretend as you really care.”

  “Went down today after seeing it on social media, thought it might’ve been another hype spot but after trying the food today I can see why they’ve been open for 31 years. Amazing burgers the red masala was something I’ve not tasted before, the chicken donner was spicy and complimented nicely with the sweet yogurt sauce. Good service young lads at the till. Nice decor inside and plenty of deals too and nice seating. Will definitely be recommending and returning”
