  “Great location, the rice was fresh and al dente perfect! As good as Nandos spicy rice. They recommended the Fried tenders loaded fries and it was delicious. House sauce was on point and delicious. Peri Hot wings was brilliant, chops was charcoal grilled and somewhat a little overcooked and chewy. I would have preferred the peri sauce to be given on the side rather than being drizzled on! Smashed burger was amazing! Definitely worth a visit”

  “Proper shoddy service! Ordered through uber eats ordered 2 burgers an curly fries, an some peri loaded fries, loaded fries didn't turn up (which was my meal) I was trying to ring through to complain, rang twice for 10 minutes each and the phone cut off after 10 minutes! Refused to answer! Don't order from here!”

  “I visited the Ladz Huddersfield store on 23 June 2026 at around 2:00 pm and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered chicken to eat in, but instead of being served on a plate like other customers, my food was put into a plastic container. This was not a takeaway order. I was also not given a knife, only wooden forks, which made it almost impossible to eat chicken breast properly. When I politely asked why my meal was served differently and requested a plate and a knife, the cook came out from the kitchen with a poor attitude and repeatedly said, "That's how we serve. What's the problem?" Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was told to take a refund if I didn't like it. Unfortunately, the staff at the till didn't know how to process a refund. Another staff member later apologised for the cook's behaviour, but I still didn't receive my refund because they said their system wouldn't allow it. The customer service was rude, the handling of the situation was unprofessional, and the refund process appeared completely disorganised. I expected to be treated with respect and to receive basic service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this branch. Besides, they are hiring wrong people now.”

  “I tried the smashed burger and it was honestly one of the best I've had. Fresh, juicy and full of flavour. Great quality and definitely worth coming back for. Highly recommended!”
