“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had brunch at Birchwood Cafe today, and it was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Ali, the chef, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. You can really see the care and passion that goes into both the food and the customer experience. The hygiene standards were top-notch, and everything was spotless and well-organised. The service was excellent from start to finish—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. I highly recommend Birchwood Cafe to anyone looking for a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch. “The cafe is loud you cant talk to the person your with the Breakfast is over priced to other places around Hatfield. there is no real service had to shout order from the table which is difficult to do given the atmosphere of people talking and noise of the coffee machine. No checking to see if everything was ok. Alot of improvements may help this from closing down.”
