Customer Review Summary
Staff draw the most praise, described repeatedly as friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional, with one diner calling the main a server recommended delightful. On the plate, the Crispy Cauliflower is singled out by two reviewers. Close behind are the Buttermilk Chicken Milanese with its refreshing salad, the Cod & Tartare Brioche, the monkey bread starter and a round of different burgers, which one group called probably the best they have had. Drinks earn a nod too, including a cocktail special, a martini and a tasty lemonade. The atmosphere is described as chill, with a good vibe, live jazz and a design one reviewer loved. The one specific criticism is the GF Steak Sandwich, where the steak was a bit fatty. Food is also noted as arriving hot and well presented, and at a work Christmas lunch the staff looked after a diner's food allergies.

“I came with my friend for the training for the opening of their Stratford location. The food was amazing, so was the service. Especially our waiter Elijah. He was the best waiter I’ve ever had, he made this the best dining experience of my life. Will definitely come back!!!”

“I recently dined here and it was a real treat! The Buttermilk Chicken Milanese was not only beautifully presented but tasted incredible, and the refreshing salad was a perfect touch. Thanks Fin for his excellent service. The service was spot on, and everything was clean and welcoming. I left feeling more than satisfied, especially with the portion sizes and quality. Highly recommend for a great meal out!”

“This is my favourite place in Guildford; it really doesn't get better than this! The food and coffee are great, and it's comfortable and relaxed. I easily spend a few hours here every week. The main reason I love it so much is the staff—they are incredible. I don't know how they have managed to find the best people around to come and work here. I get so well looked after and really look forward to my weekly breakfast so much. It really is the best!”
