  “Waited an hour for delivery, phoned the shop to be told order was with the driver. Half an hour later the food arrived and the driver said he had come straight from the shop. It seems there's a pattern with this shop. Normally we go to the shop but this was our first time having a delivery. Very disappointing.”

  “Waited an hour and a half for delivery... Phoned shop and was assured order was with driver .. waited a further 35 minutes and still no delivery!!!!!! ... I stay literally 5 minutes from shop! ... Needless to say shop is now closed and no delivery ..... I am a repeat customer but after tonight won't be ordering again .... I have paid for food that never arrived!!!!!!!!”

  “I regularly buy my 16’ pizza and portion of chips from them. My family and I love it. Super tasty and nice service. At the moment they’re our favourite and we’ve tried other local chippies.”

  “How can you charge 19.90 for a mix kebab with no lamb in it plus delivery Chicken pakora 9.90 plus delivery food is overpriced and late the sooner a proper food place opens in Kirkintilloch the the same kebab elsewhere is £9 not 24 including delivery these characters should be closed down”

  “Absolutely awesome, had fish n chips and the batter was light and crispy, chips were tasty none of it was oily, like some places fantastic. Hubby had pizza, he says it's the best pizza ever, my hubby knows his pizza's. Absolutely awesome, thank uou”

  “On the 23rd November I ordered a delivery at 6pm, I understand the weather conditions weren't the best due to the snow, I waited nearly 3 hours for my delivery arriving at 8.55pm, on speaking to the assistant and explaining it was nearly 3 hours late and looking for compensation for the wait, all Itjst was explained was the weather was bad and it was a Saturday night and they were busy. I then asked to speak to the manager which I overheard in the background the assistant explaining the situation to him and the manager replying that he would need reduce the price of the delivery. The delivery driver then delivered the order short of 5 mins from 3 hours, he was appalled at the time we waited and explained it ha nothing to do with the weather and gave us £13 off the order due to the inconvenience which was considerate of him. Due to the lack of customer service from San Marco I will not be ordering again, totally disgusted with the treatment I received tonight”

  “£25 for two fish suppers and this is the portion. Absolutely scraping for savings. I will not give money to buisnesses like this. People pay more than they ever have for less. This is a large btw, theres less chips than a standard portion.”
