“Visited Coco Chinos in Baillieston with my partner and was refused entry with my mobility scooter, despite explaining that it folds down to around a quarter of it's size. Staff only changed their response after discrimination was mentioned. By then, I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, so we left. An older staff member then dismissed me by saying "I can't hear you" when I said i would share my experience. Poorly handled, disrespectful and upsetting. I will not be returning. First time being discriminated against while on my scooter.”

“Usually the best shop around for food quality. We come all the way from Kilmarnock as it’s normally the best but even Stevie wonder would see that egg stuck to the bottom of the bit of slice sausage. One of the biggest allergens. So so below an acceptable standard”
