  “Avin was super. She let me try coffees, explained the subscription options, was so kind to my wee gran who was with me. Avin was so knowledgeable despite being in training and where she didn’t know she wasn’t afraid to ask for guidance and keeping me updated as to why. She even got me to switch from a big brand to a Nespresso version! I’ll definitely be back. Avin is a super addition to the team!”

  “We attended a nespresso masterclass yesterday with Avin who was 10/10 for last minute filling in. So much so, we wanted to leave her a personal review to say thanks and for some encouragement to keep going. We usually have the girl (so sorry we have forgotten your name) who came into the role specifically to develop the drinks in store who is fantastic, so set the bar high initially. Avin really did a great job in delivering and being a genuinely lovely person, listening and chatting with us which exceeded our customer expectations and experience.   “I recently purchased a coffee machine from Nespresso, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Rachel for making the whole experience absolutely exceptional. As someone completely new to the world of coffee machines and specialty flavours, I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed, but Rachel’s patience, kindness and incredible knowledge instantly put me at ease. She took the time to walk me through all the different machines, explaining their functions in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed. When it came to choosing flavours, she was just as thorough and thoughtful, helping me find the perfect options even though I wasn’t sure where to start. What stood out even more was how extremely kind and considerate she was with my great aunt and mother. She included them in every part of the conversation, made sure all their questions were answered and discussed the different options with genuine warmth and respect. Her passion for what she does and her exceptional customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and truly memorable.   “I went in with my friend on Wednesday 20/11, 10/10 experience, as soon as went in, we were greeted by James who assisted us the whole time we were there. Very knowledgeable about the coffees and what strength/taste we would prefer based on our taste. Very friendly and welcoming experience from him. He also made us one of the special edition coffees to try which was very kind of him and all in all it was very nice and tasted amazing, wasn’t our usual flavour but it tasted absolutely amazing, so thank you James for making us try something new 😊, the whole experience really made our day. Thank you James, we really appreciate your help!!”

  “Today I went to the Nespresso shop on Buchanan street and received the warmest welcome from James. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different coffee pods available and took into consideration my own personal preferences. James then offered to make me a limited addition coffee to try which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture! You truly never know what others are going through and James completely made my day!
