  “Delivery prompt, fancied trying somewhere new so tried here. Quite disappointed, really artificial coloured sauces and bland. The katsu rolls were ok, but chicken dishes salty. Should focus on quality over quality. Will stick with what we know in the future.”

  “First order from this takeaway, got a munchy box and Singapore fried rice. Was piping hot on delivery. Fried rice nice and spicy. Munch box is fine, a lot of chips and onions and peppers with everything. Maybe a bit salty for my palate, but it's advertised as salt and pepper. It will get demolished all the same, mines was the Singapore rice..!”

  “Place should be closed down asked for a chow mein got a chicken fried rice they replaced the chicken chow mein with a chow mein drowned in gravy chicken balls wer spongy rice was mushy best part about it was the £4.60 crackers that we got and a asked y they charged £4.60 lol never again stay clear.”

  “I ordered the food and it came slightly warm, not really hot which is kinda understanding due to distance, glasgow to coatbridge, but it’s only 15 mins, so a was disappointed food was not as warm as i wanted, the sauce was horrible and bland and rice wasn’t upto much, I also noticed the chicken balls I ordered, they were not nice, frankly the worse chinese I think I have actually bought in a while, I usually do my local which is much better food quality will not be ordering from here again, and to note the food from this place made me feel sick, I often don’t do reviews unless I have too.. this time I made sure I did, a was feelin sick most of the night after the meal, contacted Deliveroo they did help, and reported to food standards, driver and delivery was quick so 5 star to the driver he was quick, can’t say the same for the food”

  “I bought chicken balls and saltnchile chicken from this place on Thurs night the 7th July, and on Friday sat Sunday was violently sick and diahorrea, I never ate the CBs as they were disgusting and the saltnchile was as salty as the dead Sea.i was in agony because of this place was close to calling an ambulance, but suffered through it .I gave a damming review on just eat and 1 star, then looked on just eat they had changed it to 3 and a half stars and NO REVIEW.I WILL BE VISITING GOLDEN WOK MYSELF WHEN IM FIT AND WELL BELIEVE ME.”

  “I placed an order for delivery and waited almost two hours for it to actually arrive. Apart from this food was nice & surprisingly still warm but waiting times for a delivery really brought the review down.”

  “Quality of customer service is very poor on this occassion, normally they would get 5 stars from me. I placed order and part of it was missing. I was asked if they could owe me that part next time I order. Thought this was funny as this was one of the main ingrediants to allow you to enjoy the meal. I contacted the shop and I understand errors can happen. The issue I have is that the person doesnt understand importance of getting orders correctly delivered. Over an hour now from when original meal delivered and still waiting.”

  “Food is excellent, although be sure to check everything in your order before leaving. Brutal for forgetting stuff. (That includes opening dishes right up. Got some sort of mushroom, prawn soup combo instead of chicken noodle the other day) Didn't realise til an hour later when I was in the house.”

  “Generally a decent place, however, tonight messed up the order twice, gave virtually no curry sauce. No apology even after having to go back to the place. Extremely disappointed”
