About Dragon Inn
Dragon Inn is a Chinese takeaway at 209 Knightswood Rd in Glasgow, run as a carry-out shop with no seating, so meals are not eaten on site. Prawn crackers come free once an order reaches a minimum spend, which gives larger orders an extra item at no charge. The kitchen serves curry with fried rice, and chips and prawn crackers can go alongside it. Customers place orders at the counter, and the shop also takes them by phone.

Customer Review Summary
Chicken curry with fried rice is the order reviewers return to most. Fans praise the generous portions, the quick delivery and food they call delicious, and one regular singles out the prawn crackers. Beef curry with chips and fried rice also gets a very nice from a first-time customer, who says it was prepared quickly. The recurring complaint is inconsistency, especially in the curry sauce, which several describe as watery and bland, with little chicken and cubed pieces one diner called symmetrical. Others report dry fried rice and chow mein that arrived lukewarm and tasteless, chewy ribs, fried rice that tasted burnt, and prawn crackers that looked a day old. One reviewer also grumbled that prawn crackers are only free above a set spend. A longtime customer who asked for an extra hot curry received a mild one.

“This is a Chinese carry out Shop so there is no sitting in for a meal. We opted for Chicken Curry with fried rice which was quite tasty but with not a lot of chicken in the rather watery sauce. This was one of only a few Chinese carry out places open on a Tuesday around our area. The Lady taking the orders was present and cheerful.”

“Won't be back. £10,70 for chicken curry that is cubed!! Didn't know chickens are symmetrical. Taste not very good. Must be making a profit of £10. Cheap ingredients and over salted.”
