Customer Review Summary
Curry is the draw at this Glasgow takeaway, with reviewers praising the king prawn curry for its perfect spice, loads of onions and generous prawns, and the breast of chicken curry as delicious. Close behind are a huge portion of special fried rice with juicy meat, salt n chilli chicken described as flavourful and not too spicy, and old school chips that arrive crispy and piping hot. Several say the quantities beat other takeaways in the area, that delivery arrives quickly, and that the staff are nice. A few add that the shop front looks plain but shouldn't put anyone off. The criticism is thinner but specific. One reviewer found the breast of chicken curry stringy, the chips soggy, and the salt and pepper chips not what they expected, and objected to the cost of the canned juice. Another called the food just ok. Even so, reviewers repeatedly mention free extras arriving with the order, from chicken curry spring rolls and prawn crackers to fortune cookies.

“First time ordering here as my usual was closed. Got special fried rice, and king prawn curry, curry came with chips. Got complimentary prawn crackers and 2 fortune cookies. All for £19 INCLUDING delivery. Delivery was around 30 min at most and food arrived piping hot. Fresh crispy chips. The curry had the perfect spice to it, loads of onions and great amount of prawns for the price. The special fried rice was a huge portion, loads of meat. The meat was juicy and not dry at all and gravy was beautiful. For the price and quality of food aswell as the portion sizes I will say this is one of the best Chinese Ive had. Think I've got myself a new usual! And will definitely be ordering again. Highly highly recommend. 5 🌟!”
