  “Wow first time here didnt book just popped in for lunch. Had the amazing value set lunch and wasn’t disappointed. Stunning food using the freshest ingredients and chef Nigel has a great touch from his homemade bread, stunning starters, gorgeous fresh fish with beautifully thought out and complementary sides , finishing with homemade desserts. What a find, was recommended by our fishmonger and we weren’t disappointed. We left fully slated and planning to return soon. Thank you Kerry for your attentive front of house ands thank you Nigel for making our day”

  “For ages I've walked past this place and admired the menu. At last I've eaten there and it did not disappoint. A close friend (who also hadn't been there) suggested dinner there for my birthday and it really was superb food, well presented. And then to top it all a scoop of delicious ice cream arrived with a candle in it! We'll come again!”

  “Really excellent food, all the choices seemed to offer something different and enticing and, so most importantly, I presentation and taste matched. The fish was exceptional and possibly the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever tasted and I have tasted a few! We would highly recommend as it is a real treat and we are already planning to come back. Thank you a real gem”

  “Exceptional food in the heart of Exmouth. This place offers French cuisine of the highest quality. The restaurant is neither large nor cheap, but well worth the money. I was blown away by the quality and taste of my steak and had probably one of the best creme brulees ever. We look forward to coming back next time.”

  “I passed this restaurant many times but when I looked at the menu it sounded too posh for me. Yesterday I finally decided to give it a try so I discovered another gem. The menu looked and sounded fancy but I got over it. The food was perfectly cooked and presented and, after starter, main and dessert I felt right (not hungry, not stuffed). No, is not cheap because is not McDonald's (not even that is cheap anymore) but it was totally worth it. *We went back for an evening meal and my God, we were amazed (again) by the careful way they were cooked and presented and, of course, by the flavours! We should be honoured for having such a 💎 in our lovely town 🙏❤️.”
