  “The service was extremely disappointing. The staff behaved aggressively, spoke in a rude manner, and even used inappropriate language in front of customers. There was a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer respect. Overall, a very unpleasant experience”

  “The food is banging, staff is friendly and polite, if your in the area then definitely pay them a visit, (if not, then you are welcome to order a delivery as they do deliveries as well) you will NOT be disappointed, instead you’ll leave being well fed and satisfied, craving more the next day 😁 (speaking about myself)”

  “This kebab takeaway is the best in the borough!!! And I mean it!! The food is always top-tier delicious, fresh ingredients, proper portions and with flavours that blow you away!! The staff is friendly and welcoming, very polite built a relationship with the bossman there, top man! Always clean and tidy, I can talk a lot about this shop but honestly just pay a visit and try the food yourself, and you’ll see for yourself Everything is tasty, but my favourites are the mix donner wrap and the chicken fillet burger”

  “Ordered a mixed meat and chips on their website. Called them to make sure they knew what the order was. They brought me a lamb doner and chips which is cheaper. I called them and sold me they brought me the wrong thing, they apologised and said they were sending another. 2 hours later I called them back. They said they were refunding me… not one refund to date and it’s been three weeks”

  “EDIT - the promised refund was never given - AVOID. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Food was undercooked and stone cold, they ignored our special request (just cabbage for the salad). When we called them they told us we didn’t submit any special requests which we definitely did. The small cod isn’t cod it’s skate. It all went in the bin. They have said they’ll refund us 50% but I’d rather have food my family can actually eat. Definitely spend your money somewhere else.”

  “We often order directly from them via phone and ask for chips well done, garlic dips and the platter with 5 different kebabs which comes in a foil container with topped with free mushrooms. Food portion are generous compared to other places. Price is average. The only downside is the staff on the phone. Sometimes seems they struggle with the language and definitely they customer service need improving. I feel it's more a cultural clash though as even if they soud rude they always treated us well if there was an issue and tried to help, but still..this is England were people use the words "please" "thank you" and "sorry" a lot... and even a "hi sir, nice to hear again for you" would help a lot regular customers 😉”
