“First visit here to celebrate my husband's 79th birthday. Lovely welcoming staff, our waitress Chris was very efficient and friendly but most of all the choice of dishes was brilliant. Over the years we have eaten at top Cantonese restaurants in cities and and the food here was just as good. Definitely recommend 👌”

“What a fabulous afternoon we had celebrating my Dad’s 80th Birthday 🎂. The choice & quality of food from the Sunday buffet was excellent & absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely attentive & went above & beyond to make the occasion extra special for the 21 of us celebrating the special occasion. A number of us travelled from afar & it was definitely worth the travel. Thank you all for making the occasion so perfect. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back for more! Becky & all the family x”

“I came to china city last night for my best friends 50th birthday party. I was over the moon with china city. The staff are very attentive, the atmosphere was amazing and the food was out of this world. We were a party of eleven and we were served very quickly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was just fantastic, hot, very tasty and absolutely divinely presented. Staff were always keeping an eye on drinks , asking if we needed top ups. There were at least two other birthday parties while we were there. The whole atmosphere was a happy vibe. It's been a long time since I had a Chinese and it's going to be hard to get anything close to this good near my home town. I give china city a 5 star review and I'd love to come here again. It made our celebration even more special.”

“A very enjoyable experience at China city, lovely food, great choice and really friendly staff. It is one of the best restaurants locally, high quality at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend the Sunday Buffet for a special treat, lots of choice, fresh, tasty food and attentive Staff. Book in advance and look out for midweek deals when they aren't as busy.”

“Been here a couple of times now, food and service have been excellent each time. They offer both a dine in and a takeaway service. It can get busy do suggest you ring and pre book a table, especially at the weekend. Nice menu with a choice of set banquet meals, which are great value and a good way of trying some different types of food. The photos I took are not brilliant as we were too busy tucking in!! Staff were lovely and very attentive. There is also a nice choice of wines to go with your meal. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back for more.”

“Worth a rating of five for convenience, quality of service, the quality of the food and the timeliness of serving. The staff were very friendly, they were very polite and even when we walked in just after five and they were still preparing the tablecloths and napkins we were greeted with a pleasant smile and a hello. The restaurant was very clean and well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal after visiting the West Midlands Safari Park. Only twenty minutes or so into our journey so a timely break before continuing our short journey home. Certainly beat having burger and chips at the park hands down. Probably one of the best oriental meals that I've enjoyed so much in a long time. The tables were well spaced out as well, certainly not right on top of each other, and for a meal under £50 for two with drinks, it didn't cost us an arm or a leg either 👍😊”
