  “🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We discovered Golden Dragon about 3–4 years ago, and ever since then we’ve been loyal customers. Over the years we’ve tried a wide variety of dishes from the menu, and every single one has been delicious – full of flavour, fresh, and always cooked perfectly. What really makes the difference is their customer service. Whenever we ask for extra soy sauce or extra garlic, they’re always happy to help and make sure everything is just how we like it. Consistently tasty food, generous portions, and great service – they truly meet (and often exceed) our expectations every time. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “Not from the area so took a gamble with which Chinese to go too and it definitely paid off. Lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful when ordering for an allergy. Had to order a meal for someone with celiac disease and they had very good knowledge of their menu and what they could do for us. Only a short wait for food and they wouldn’t accept payment until they were sure our food was correct and safe. 5 star customer service! Food was absolutely lovely , really generous portions as well. Gluten free meal was wrapped separately and well labelled. All 5 people completely satisfied with the meal and gutted we live so far away. Will definitely be coming again if we are near the area! 10/10”

  “Very nice food! This is our traditional family Chinese takeaway we go to when we get our chinese. The food is incredible. Always Cooked to perfection. Lovely staff. Always very friendly and enthusiastic.”

  “This is the first time we have been to this Chinese and I can say it was a terrible experience. I ordered the crispy chicken. They were all pink inside with blood and the chicken was very stringy. The chips and rice were cold and the vegetables in other dishes tasted like soil. The lady behind the counter was rude and unpleasant to talk to. She threw my refund at me and stormed back into the kitchen. Please be aware they also have no card machine and will only accept cash. Avoid using this chinese!! Awful food and awful customer service.”

  “This used to be an excellent Chinese takeaway. We tend to stick to staple selections from the menus of Chinese takeaways, so we are pretty good at comparing the quality between them. About a year ago we had an out of the blue poor experience of this takeaway. We thought the food was bland and my wife had the worst Crispy Shredded Beef she'd ever had, the meat was chewy. We decided to go elsewhere, the trouble being, we haven't managed to find another good Chinese in the area, so tonight we decided to give this one another go. I'm sorry to report that from our order of Pancake Roll, Special Curry, Singapore Chow Mein and Crispy Shredded Beef in a Chilli Sauce, only the Pancake Roll and Chow Mein were really any good. The curry contained two very large and totally unnecessary chunks of gristly, fatty meat which put me off almost immediately (see photo). The chicken was relatively tender but the beef was chewy and all the items tasted bland. Very disappointing. We ate it but they've had their last chance. We'll stick to Indian from now on.”
