“We booked for a birthday celebration Absolutely no way their was 300 dishes Roasting station was left with over cooked piece of beef. No other trimmings. I didnt see Tapas, Brazilian or Lebanese Food at all. Kids were running around food bars. Duck looked over cooked. Lots of chicken nuggets, chips & different variety of chips. Lots of Chinese & lndian food The price was £31 ( not advertised on website ) Toilets were disgusting & poorly decorated, they also had terrible odour Choclate fountain was just that, nothing left to dip. Within a hour of eating the food, l was having to get to toilet quickly. This is now Wednesday and lm still not feeling well Avoid this place”

“We had a family dinner for three here last night. Although we had booked a table in advance for 18:00, we still had to queue for about 15 minutes upon arrival as many other guests who had also booked were waiting. The entry process could definitely be streamlined during peak hours. Service: A huge thank you to the Chinese female staff member who was extremely enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful. Food & Dining Experience: - Selection: Impressive and diverse menu, offering a wide range of options from Western to Asian cuisines. - Refill Speed: Due to a apparent shortage of floor staff checking the buffet counters, several popular dishes ran out and took quite a long time to be refilled—specifically the sweetcorn soup, Korean glass noodles, and the stir-fried vegetables near the roast duck section. - Temperature: Most of the hot dishes were unfortunately lukewarm or cold. Management should really review the heating equipment at the hot food stations to maintain proper food temperature. Recommended Dishes: - Japanese Station: Fresh and well-made sushi options. - Salad Bar: Prawn cocktails and fresh oysters were excellent. - Chinese & Hot Food: Roast duck, stir-fried beef dishes, and the vegetarian selection were all well-seasoned and delicious. Overall, a great variety of food, but the warm food temperature and slow refills need improvement to match the quality.”
