  “I came in today and didn’t have a good experience with someone who didn’t hand us out food, and he is the cook. He interrupted our meal about a cup. He was very disrespectful and hostile towards me and my friend. The reason being is that we come here all the time. And we felt very disrespected as we advised him already we will come to the till and pay before we leave. Very poor customer service.”

  “I went to your east Croydon branch and was served by JOSH ! Can I say I am impressed with his pleasant demeanour and was extremely helpful in helping downloading the Nando’s app and quickly served my order ! Wooooow!   “Haven't used NANDOS for 15 years due to poor food and poor service. Went in today with my wife and discovered a whole new world. Single chicken burger was flavoursome and hot. My wife chicken wings were superb. Good amounts of coleslaw and chips. And obliging staff. Well done to all at this branch.”

  “A very laid back place now. Not as busy as it used to be. Footfall has decreased over the years, but it still serves great tasting food and drinks. You also have a pick of better choice of seating, now that it's not as busy.”

  “Food was hot and delicious! The service was abysmal. We were seated by a table busser who was very kind. Waitress only saw us to hand us our food and then walked off. No cutlery was given. Drinks station was wet and messy. Our "table" was two tables of very different heights pushed together.”

  “I visited Nando’s in Croydon with my mother and son on 15 March 2026. The waiter who seated us and provided the menus was friendly and helpful, which made for a good start to our visit. However, when we went to place our order at the till, the man wearing the black shirt had a very standoffish attitude and came across quite short. He also made a mistake with our order. When we noticed the issue, our waiter quickly informed the manager, who resolved the situation promptly. Unfortunately, the man who made the mistake never apologised or took responsibility for it. While I appreciate the waiter and manager addressing the problem, the lack of professionalism from the staff member at the till spoiled what should have been a pleasant family outing.”

  “I recently came to visit the UK and this why by far my favorite place to eat. My go to order was the wing roulette to try all the tasty flavors… there was one thing that was better than the flavors… how fall off the bone the chicken was. with the self serve soda option and countless additional hot sauces you can pour onto your food. Ny favorite sauces (garlic and xhot). The sides to pair with your food are endless. The service was kind and helpful especially as a visitors. I miss Nando’s and I cannot wait to make my way back here.”
