  “We booked a table of eight to celebrate my birthday - 5 adults, a young adult with a learning disability, a 14 year old and a 6 year old. The menu catered for everyone and we all enjoyed the food we ordered. Jordan, our server, made sure we had everything we wanted and made checks that the food met our expectations. I was also given a special birthday treat with a candle in to acknowledge my birthday and the staff brought out a celebration take that my husband had bought, lit the candles and sang happy birthday. I think the Broughton is the perfect place to celebrate as the staff ensure that it feels like a special occasion.”

  “We visited for a very special occasion recently, our wedding breakfast. From start to finish The Broughton was insanely outstanding. The floor team on shift were professional, attentive and so friendly. The chef and bar staff were incredibly accommodating, making our visit extra special for not only us as Bride and Groom but our 35 guests. The food was delicious and served correctly with prompt service. We enjoy visiting this restaurant as we feel it's the best paragon there is, but after this occasion, we genuinely want people to know how fantastic everything is here. The vibe and room aesthetics are luxurious and everywhere is clean with a fragrant smell. Our special mention is to Milana, who checked in with us frequently, made connections and went above and beyond for helping add some extra touches (cake cutting, constant fresh water and chats to check that everyone was enjoying their food and afternoon).”

  “We sat in the snug so it wasn't to noisy on a sunday lunch time. A nice atmosphere during the Sunday hustle n bustle. Food was delicious. Service was good, staff where well presented and polite.”

  “Birthday booking for 4 friends 23.03.26, we got Sunday roasts. Lovely young lady and young lad servers, extremely professional, polite and friendly. Food was all delicious and great value. Very stylish restaurant. Would definitely return”

  “Been here around 4 times and never been disappointed. Decided to come on New Year’s Eve for a change and it was very busy. I thought it would be a long wait for food but it came quickly, was lovely and hot and seriously delicious. Everything we ate was 10/10. Our cocktails also came surprisingly fast as the bar was rammed! The service was fantastic and the staff were attentive. Couldn’t fault it.”

  “We had a fantastic Sunday Lunch at the Broughton. We were a party of 3 adults and 2 children and each person thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The chicken bon bons were crunchyy and delicious, the duo of roast was delicious, and the tirami-choux was fantastic. Staff were attentive, welcoming and very professional. Our party left very satisfied with not just the food but also the service. We will definitely return.”

  “Very professional staff - both welcoming and friendly. The place has a high end finish and is well maintained with a lovely ambience... with a massive beer garden to enjoy the sun (dogs are welcome in the bar and outside) but plenty of indoor seating if it's not the right weather or outdoors isn't your thing! The restaurant is full of intimate booths which offer privacy to dining groups of up to 8 people. The drinks are well kept and well presented and the food is very nice. We shared a sharing platter with a side each of seasoned fries. Not the cheapest lunch you'll have but you get what you pay for. Update: Been back for an evening meal with family. Jordan served us - an exceptionally polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. We had a variety of dishes and all were excellent. Drinks were well prepared and we were very well looked after. I'd definitely come back. (Saving up to try the Porterhouse Steak at £89.95!!)”
