“Tried calling about our takeaway orfer but nobody answered. The food was freezing cold and they didn’t include most of our items. It was over a £60 bill just to receive missing and cold food. Imagine I ordered a chocolate cake and they stuck a chocolate sticker on it and the inside was a caramel cheesecake. I’m allergic to what is inside that and if I ate that without thinking Nando’s Reigate would’ve been taken to court. Unacceptable and disgusting behaviour and food. So disappointed”

“First of all would like to start off by saying one of the worst nandos i been to. Inside felt like -10 degrees wasnt even that hot yesterday for it to be like antarctica in there, especially when u have small kids its bad for them, i get it its a bit warm outside… have the aircon but it was way too low and too strong! 2. Just chatter over the counter yesterday foods been waiting and no one was getting it. 3. All drinks was just zeros and diets ..for me i can taste a difference and i dont like zeros or diets that they had nothing else was mind blowing such a big branch i get that the machine is broken but like what am i meant to have now with my food? Was just annoyed every single bit was so horrible”

“I’m never expecting to be blown away at a Nando’s but they are charging £15 for this. I’d genuinely be embarrassed to serve that to someone. The supervisor did replace it but the service overall was pretty poor tbh.”

“We attended on 21st april with family after our wedding ceremony! They made a space upstairs for us, they even laid the tables! Food was great and staff were amazing! Thankyou x”
