“Very poor and unacceptable customer service. I visited with my children and asked for the wings offer (6 for £2). I requested multiple portions, but the staff member refused and became rude, argumentative, and verbally aggressive over a simple order. He made inappropriate comments about us “only coming because it’s cheap” and continued shouting even when other customers tried to calmly explain the pricing. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and especially inappropriate in front of children. No customer should be treated this way. Management seriously needs to address staff attitude and customer service.”

“Cheap and cheerful. Garlic bread was soggy, chicken wings were not crispy but were tasty. Chilli cheese bites were not crispy and had been reheated. The chicken fillet burger was more like a chicken steak burger, - very thin and no salad other than Lettuce. Mixed kebab on naan was nice with plenty of sauce and salad. Pizza was very nice too. Did forget the cookies (which were £5!) but have gotten a refund through JustEat. Overall, decent. Kebab Rush is far better for chicken and burgers.”
