  “Popped in with family and got a mixture of food. The chicken handi was really nice, very flavoursome. The angus beef burger was really nice and came with some crispy paprika chips. Service was great. Would highly recommend”

  “Awful experience — absolutely not recommended! I ordered a vegetarian paratha omelette, but when I received it, it had chicken in it. I went back to explain the mistake, and instead of helping me, the staff stood there talking to each other in their own language and completely ignored me. Nobody explained what they were going to do or whether they were going to make me another one. After they finished arguing between themselves, they eventually said sorry and started making a new one. I specifically asked, “Is this one going to be with egg?” and the guy clearly said yes. What I received was actually a wrap with cheese and sauce — not what I ordered at all. It was poorly made and falling apart everywhere. The whole experience was an absolute disaster. Very disappointing service and food. I definitely do not recommend this place.”

  “We have been here a number of years ago but came again to try some of the new items on the menu. The food was delicious, came out quickly and was filling too! The service was great, the gentleman at the counter was helpful and even suggested some items but was not pushy which we really appreciated. There's a paid public car park right next to Chaye Khana (not affiliated with the business) but this makes it super convenient to visit too. Would highly recommend visiting, the menu options are excellent and I've not seen many places like this that offer such a variety of dishes and make them so well.”

  “Very disappointing experience. I was recommended to try the morning breakfast at Chaye Khana, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to make the journey and give it a try. I travelled around 40 minutes specifically to come here early in the morning. According to the opening hours shown on their Google page, they are supposed to be open Monday to Friday from 7:00am until 9:30pm. However, today is Thursday, 03/09/2026 and I arrived at approximately 7:30am, only to find the business completely closed. I also tried calling several times, but nobody answered. I understand that opening hours can occasionally change, but if the business is not opening at the advertised time, the opening hours need to be updated. Customers are relying on the information shown online when travelling to the business, and travelling 40 minutes only to find the place closed is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed, especially as I had specifically made the journey to try the breakfast based on the recommendations and reviews. Hopefully the opening times are corrected so other customers don’t waste their time and travel for nothing.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent food and outstanding service! The tea was fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly made. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served quickly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a meal with family and friends. I highly recommend Chaye Khana Coventry and will definitely be visiting again.”

  “Wasted 35£ on english breakfast. Its the worst ever experience. Never ever go there guys. The food can make you sick its of that level. Worst coffee as well.”

  “I ordered a latte and asked the cashier to make the milk extra hot because I thought it would be prepared manually, not by machine. However, the coffee seemed to have an oily surface, possibly because the employee was also cooking burgers while making it. To be honest, I am not upset with the employee. Maybe he was busy, or maybe he did not fully understand what I meant when I asked whether they serve specialty coffee. Overall, I did not really enjoy the taste of the coffee, but I still wish the place all the best. This was just my personal experience.”

  “I had a wonderful experience at Chaye Khana. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I really liked the warm and cozy atmosphere—it’s a great place to relax. The food was also really tasty, definitely worth coming back for. Highly recommend!”

  “Had a great time enjoying the desi nashta at Chaye Khana! The food was delicious, though the portions seemed a bit smaller than expected. They offer a nice variety of breakfast options, including full English, Turkish, vegetarian, and protein-rich meals. The place appears to be run by Turkish management, adding an interesting twist to the experience. The ambiance was pleasant, and service was good. Plenty of paid parking available nearby. While not perfect, it’s definitely worth a visit for a unique breakfast experience. Would recommend trying it out!”
