  “Bad attitude from employees. They close at 5pm on sat, I arrived 4.45 to pick up something quick. Without even saying hello, I got a rude “just to let you know we’re closed now” they also kicked another customer out who was still eating and drinking. Went back to tell them I saw online closes at 5pm then they told me they can sell to take away… but no thanks, it looks dirty inside anyway and a dull place”

  “This coffee shop is honestly one of the best in coventry. It's a bit of a hidden gem it feels like, because a lot of people I've spoken to have never been. Pros : Amazing matcha (maybe the best I've had in Coventry), great service as the people working there both times I've been have been so kind and sweet, Great drinks menu, nice vibe inside, inside and outside seating. The outside seating on a sunny day was so so lovely! Good music inside, I studied with a laptop on my first visit and I felt no judgement which I think some cafes make you feel judged when you come in to study. Cons : Food menu is quite basic. A few croissants and muffins etc that I doubt they make instore and in terms of savoury - they have a few panini type foods but some brunch type options could be cute but it's okay, can't have everything.”

  “Not great service the young girls behind the counter more bothered about chatting then service. Got our order wrong twice. Absolutely filthy behind the counter this hasn't been cleaned in days if not longer.”

  “The hot chocolate was great. Comes with a cute candle underneath to keep it warm. Quite sweet, but in a good way. The cafe also has a good offering of food.”

  “Absolutely love this place. My favourite go to coffee shop. The Belgian mocha iced and hot, and and the hot chocolate is the best iv had. The only thing that ruins it is the staff. Always in a rush to tidy up and leave. The last time I was there bare in mind there were plenty of messy tables, 1 of the young female staff came up to my table AND the one next to me WHILST we were eating and still had cups full, asking I'd we were done yet ? This completely ruined the vibe. The 2 men next to me couldn't believe it too so it wasn't just me who thought it was poor service. Wanting customers to leave ? If they could get better staff this place would get 5*”

  “My boyfriend and I visited this cafe to study. We sat on the sofa it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for studying if you get the appropriate table. The hot chocolate was impeccable. We shared a large Belgium milk hot chocolate and now we are set on visiting Belgium. It was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. It wasn’t too sweet and I could have drank the whole drink alone and not feel sick. A perfect balance. We also had the added whipped cream and marshmallows. I think the add on was about £2 which shocked us bc normally add one like that would never cost more then 75p however the marshmallows where such good quality. The staff are lovely too. Definitely visit if you’re craving a hot chocolate.”
