  “I was 12 mins late to my reservation due to traffic and was greeted by the most hostile group of people I have ever met. Not only did they tactically try to call us 4 times before our booking to come earlier but then looked us up and down when walking in. They had reservations available online for after we came in but told us the kitchens had been shut. As we then walked out the whole group of waitresses and waiters laughed at us and snarled . All they wanted to do was get home early which is clearly why they rang. I have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the food but I will not be coming here again. You have lost my custom.”

  “It's a shame that there are only 5 stars available to give these people, I can't rate what's better, the food, the service or the atmosphere... Enrico at the kitchen always deliver and surprise me with such a good food, no matter what you order from the menu! Maurizio and Jean Roberto always are so welcoming, they makes me feel like family. I wouldn't bother to look for another restaurant when we are going out, I really doubt we will get the same level of food and service at such a good price. THANK YOU guys, always enjoy coming there.”

  “Birthday Meal 💃🎉🍾🥂 We've never been before but will certainly be back. My husband had starter of Calamari, he said it was the freshest he'd ever tasted no sineu so not rubbery Starter: Funghi Saltati, absolutely delicious with the bread and dressing. Main course: Guazzetto Reale with sea bass prawns and mussels. Again delicious. Main course: Fillet steak medium rare no blood. Perfectly rested and excellent seasoning to say it's the best fillet steak I've had is an understatement. Crisped outer edge, could of polished 2 off easily Excellent service, welcoming, friendly oh and they certainly know how to make a great Limonchello spritzer Thank you from Louise and Lee”

  “Great service and food. Very attentive staff and lovely atmosphere, though we chose to sit a bit out of the way and ended up near the toilets, which was our mistake. Area nearer the booths and bar was a little bit more appealing 👍”

  “Lucianos at the Millstone is one of our favourite restaurants, so we thought we would give Lucianos at Chorley a go as it closer to home. Whilst the restaurant was very nice and clean, it felt more like a high street chain eatery than a restaurant. The Millstone is tablecloths, place settings, wine glasses etc, and just has a more exquisite feel to it. Lucianos at chorley was a bit noisier and as I say not quite the restaurant vibe. The food was very good indeed, although we waiting almost 50 mins from ordering to being served our main course. We were served the starter very quickly, but then waiting over 35 mins for the main.... that was a bit poor. There seemed to be no realisation of the delay, and not even any gap filler with an order of drinks. We just sat there with empty glasses and no food. All in all a very decent place, but I think they could do better, otherwise its just a run of the mill Pizza and pasta house.”

  “Cannot say enough nice things about Luciano! The food is to die for, the service is top quality and the price is fair! I made reservations for my girlfriends birthday, I asked if I dropped off flowers and balloons and a cake could they help make her birthday special, and they did absolutely wonderfully, beautiful table set up with the flowers and decorations and even brought the cake out and sung for her, this was the little bow on a perfect meal. The service was really top shelf. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, so polite and you can tell that hospitality is a passion and more than just a job, they take such pride in everything they do. Recommend Lucianos to anyone looking for a really good meal, amazing Service and want to have a special night with family/friends. I will be coming back”

  “Such a lovely local Italian spot! I I had the Pollo Porcini, grilled chicken breast in a creamy white wine and porcini mushroom sauce with fries. The sauce was tasty and rich, and the portion size was spot on. I added a side of roasted veg which went perfectly with it. My niece (who's veggie) fancied a simple spaghetti Napoli and even though it wasn't on the menu, the staff were so accommodating and happy to make it for her. Of course, we couldn't resist a tomato garlic bread... saucy, soft and absolutely delicious! I post regular, local review on my IG @niceatsuk”

  “Very nice meal. Calamari is not great, bland taste and rubbery. Tempura prawns were great and huge. Pizza base is superb, really soft and fresh, but toppings don't match the taste of the base. Deserts were fine, presented well but effectively a basic chocolate brownie. Please ownership take note of this part. Your Chips are an absolute rip off and should either be immediately changed or reduced in price. £ for fries as a side, is not ok. They taste of nothing and just bog standard wholesale fries appearance and taste, no salt added and none on table so had to ask to get a salt grinder to try add some sort of taste to them.”
