  “It's normally good, but knocked a star off for mucking the order up last night. When you've got a shop full of drunk people with similar orders, you need an order numbering system.”

  “Food ok, nothing special. I had a pizza, Mexican garlic bread and rubber fries. The service was terrible. I had to argue with one of the team as I asked for a pizza and garlic bread. They have a pizza called the Mexican and a garlic bread called the Mexican. He insisted that I had asked for two pizzas, when I asked for a garlic bread. I was very close on leaving when one of the other staff member had to explain to his colleague what I asked for. I also asked for a VAT receipt and they could only give me the order slip with no vat number on it. I will never return there again”

  “This is my usually my go to take away the food is good. I ordered food waited 1 1/2 hours so rang them to check they had my order, they said it was on the way. After 2hrs it arrived, I didnt get my garlic bread and cheese so rang to tell them. They were aggressive and said I hadn't spent over £30, which i had, he then said did you order through just eat, I said yes and he said it doesn't apply then and slammed the phone down on me. The offer is on just eat, won't be using this takeaway again with the disgusting customer service.”

  “Been going to Tim's for as long as I can remember but not been for over a year. Had a cheeky cheesy garlic bread after a night out. Was good. May return.”

  “Had the mega mix kebab with chicken, chicken tikka and lamb, was absolutely sensational. The chicken was perfectly cooked, great portion of salad, served with a soft warm naan! Thank you guys!”

  “We needed some food after a long day's walking. So we decided to try a kebab from Tim's La Mama kebab house in Standish. We couldn't have chosen better. Our donor kebabs were delicious. Generous portions of donner meat and salad with just the right amount chilli sauce. The staff were warm and welcoming. Genuine service with a smile. It was cold outside, so we sat at a table in the kebab. It was impressive to see just how hard these guys work. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Standish”

  “We've visited La Mamma takeaway for years & remained loyal when they merged with Tim's. The food is good, absolutely no complaints. However, the service is shocking. We always phone our order through & we always collect. They are yet to get our order right. Tonight my husband arrived home minus the 2 large chips ordered. He rang through and it was agreed the 2 large chips would be dropped off. The delivery driver took 25 mins and has just dropped only 1 large chips off. It's quite irritating but neither of us have the energy to ring and complain, so I'm writing this review. My advice, if you collect- don't leave the shop without checking your order. If it's delivered, I wouldn't let the driver go before checking the order either. We're not asking for much, just give us what we pay for!”
