About Yarrow Bridge
Yarrow Bridge is a pub on Bolton Rd in Chorley that pairs a grill kitchen with games and live sport. A quiz night is held here, and a pool table and darts give regulars something to play between rounds. The beer garden has its own screen showing darts, while Sky Sports and TNT Sports run on the screens inside. The kitchen cooks steaks, burgers and ribs on the grill. The menu also lists a ribeye steak and veg enchiladas, along with the Wings Challenge. Dogs are welcome, and walk-ins get help finding a table. The pub is open daily.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the staff, describing them as friendly, helpful and still smiling when rushed off their feet on busy nights. A few recount moving tables or reserving one near the disabled toilet for guests with disabilities, and one describes a bar team that kept a level head and served quickly on a busy quiz night. On the food, diners name the ribeye steak, the meat burger, fish and chips, veg enchiladas and dirty chips, and two point to the Wings Challenge. Others mention reasonably priced, properly chilled beer, a comfortable beer garden with darts on an outdoor screen, and pool and darts inside. The main trade-off is how busy it gets. A couple of reviewers suggest reserving, and one notes a bit of a wait for food that still arrived hot and well cooked. One diner's garlic bread came out overdone, and it was sorted with no time wasted.

“Very busy when we visited but got served within 5 minutes. Reasonable beer price. Very busy inside so sat outside in the comfortable beer garden. Definitely visiting again when passing. Visited again & enjoyed a few beers in beer garden watching darts on outdoor screen.”

“Staying at hotel next door. Went for a meal teatime extremely busy, young staff were rushed off their feet but still smiling and very attentive to all customers. Fish and chips were lovely, fresh and tasty. Would recommend.”

“One of my favourite pubs in Chorley and a place I find myself returning to again and again. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to offer recommendations from the menu. Booking ahead is a good idea, but even if you walk in, they’ll help find you a table. The food is consistently good, with great promotions running throughout the week. If you’re a meat person, I highly recommend the ribeye steak or the meat burger. The beer selection is excellent too, with plenty of choice, and properly chilled. If you’re local and looking for a regular spot, this is it. There’s enough variety on the menu to keep things interesting, and I’ve yet to have a disappointing meal here.”
