About Tim Hortons - Chichester
In Chichester, Tim Hortons is a Canadian chain coffee shop at Unit 2 with a drive-thru lane for drivers and counter ordering inside. The menu centres on Double Double coffee and Timbits, which come as a mixed box, alongside donuts. For something more filling, the kitchen makes a bacon roll and cheese and ham toasties, and a banoffee range appears on the new menu. Inside, the room has table seating with a choice of seating options, and dogs are welcome, so walkers can stop in with their pets. Toilets are on site, and the food is halal.

Customer Review Summary
Friendly staff are the most repeated praise, from the drive-thru window to the counter, with one parent describing a team member who carried extra items out to the car for a son who could not walk. Food and drink come close behind. Reviewers name a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, a Chocolate Brownie Milkshake, the banoffee range, a bacon roll, Timbits and donuts, and a regular calls the coffee very nice. Cleanliness splits, with one reviewer calling the tables, floors and toilets spotless while another found debris and packaging left on tables. The complaints are specific. One reviewer says a milkshake tasted of spoiled milk and a ham and cheese toastie went uneaten after one bite. Another got a cheese toastie that was not cooked properly. A third reports an order arriving cold after a very long wait, with soggy caramel donuts and fries. Several call it expensive for what it was, and one was charged extra for tomato sauce. A pensioner who disputed a child's meal rule with a manager was offered an apple and cinnamon twist.

“I had visited Chichester branch several times in the last month and visited again today, 6th September. On our first visit a few weeks ago, we were advised by one of the waitresses that's we could get a childs meal for£1- when ordering an adult meal during this school holiday period even though we didn't have a child with us. I only ever have a childs meal, wherever we eat, both of us are pensioners and I have a small appetite. I was charged full child price and the total was £13.49. I queried this and the manager said that we had to have a child present! This was not the case previously and no notice in the restaurant was visible. I also checked the website, no mention of this rule. After some discussion the manager offered me a choice of sweet treat, apple & cinnamon twist. I was very disappointed but accepted the outcome.”

“Dear Tim Hortons team, Chichester, 12th August 2026 Drive Thursday I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback after a recent visit. I’m not usually a huge Tim Hortons fan, but my son )12)certainly is! After spending the day in A&E following a visit to the waterpark nearby, I decided to treat him to Tim Hortons on the way home. Your staff member, Khushi (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly), was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, helpful and welcoming when I realised I needed to amend my order and had to come inside to reorder. As I had left my son waiting in the car as he unable to walk, Khushi was incredibly kind and helpful, bringing out the additional items for me rather than making me wait around. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially after what had already been a long and stressful day. I really hope this feedback gets passed on to Khushi and that she knows how much her kindness was appreciated. She genuinely made a difficult day a little easier and as a mum, that meant a lot to me. Thank you, Khushi, for being so lovely. You definitely helped make the day end on a much happier note… Kind regard and thank you form a A very grateful mum”

“Lovely staff! And food was ok. CRAZY expensive for what it was. But that's same for all Tim Hortons in the UK. The location is also a bit precarious.”

“I go to this fast food lots of times over the last couple of years the coffee is very nice. I must say I was a little bit disappointed. On the sat The 27th I went in there with three friends all breakfast we all ordered our food at the same time. Two of my friends got their breakfast by the time I got mine they were nearly finished and then I asked for some tomato sauce, they were gonna charge😔 me over a £1 considering I go in there a lot I think it was a bloody bloody cheek even my cheese toastie wasn’t cooked properly 😔😔😔😔”
