One group from Devon called it one of the best breakfasts they have had. Close behind is the range of the menu, with a gluten free, a vegetarian and a meat eating diner all finding plenty to order. Several describe the food as good quality and reasonably priced, and one says the place could easily charge more. Staff are called friendly, polite and prompt by most, and the dog friendly seating and kids menu come up too. The caveats are small. One reviewer found service a bit slow on a busy Saturday, and another, who stopped for a drink, found the wafer biscuits with a hot chocolate stale and received pork scratchings without the apple sauce they were listed with. Even so, reviewers close on plans to return, with one noting there was little wait despite a busy bank holiday weekend.
