  “The Good: Service was friendly, but a little on the slow side. The atmosphere was great, comfortable, spacious and clean. The food was good but not blow you away amazing. Restrooms were clean too. We had a variety of dishes as you can see in the pictures. The best dish by far was the wagyu skewers. The Bad: Nothing to report. The Ugly: Nothing to report.”

  “We had an amazing dining experience at Sushi & Sticks, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my parents' 30th wedding anniversary. The food was absolutely outstanding and every dish was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavour. You can really tell that great care goes into every plate. A special thank you to Tashia, who made our evening truly unforgettable. Her service was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, offered fantastic recommendations, and made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, Tashia surprised us with complimentary dessert and ice cream to help celebrate my parents' anniversary.”

  “One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a long time! Very kind and helpful staff, quick service, clean, and great food! The food allergen menu, in particular, stunned me and really made the trip. As someone with (non contact) food allergies, having a menu with uncommon allergens and also knowing what dishes can be customisable without having to make the server go back and forth to the kitchen was absolutely incredible, and this is undoubtedly the best allergen-friendly restaurant I have been to! I would highly recommend a trip here, and will definitely be returning myself!”

  “I visited Sticks’n’Sushi in Cambridge (near University and opposite the Corn Exchange, in the heart of the city’s dining district) twice recently. Once with the team and then on my own and both experiences were excellent. The restaurant has a stylish, contemporary vibe, perfect for both social dinners and relaxed solo meals. The food was beautifully presented, fresh and flavorful, with creative sushi and perfectly grilled sticks. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive service — warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, and the location in the city centre makes it a brilliant spot for both work dinners and casual evenings out. Highly recommended if you’re in Cambridge and craving quality sushi or a fun dining experience! 🍣✨”

  “I should have wrote this review years ago when I first ever came here back in 2021. I have since gone back every single birthday. If I had to say I missed one place most from living in the UK it would be this place. This is hands down the #1 best sushi I have ever had the pleasure of having. It is a bit on the pricier side which is why it was a birthday treat, but for the quality, the experience, the customer service it is in my opinion worth the price. If I ever get to come back to the UK I will be back here for sure.”

  “Our first time and there was no disappointment! The waiting staff were brilliant, I noted that our server was very attentive and would not bother us when he noted we had not yet made a decision on what we were going to have. He made sure everything was topped up and we also shared a couple of laughs, which is something we appreciated a lot. The food, the FOOD! The presentation was immaculate, a good variety of plates that complimented eachother without tasting repetitive. If this isn't enough to tell you how great the food was...For the stereotypical woman who offers their partner the food they know they can't finish, I somehow kept up! Big thank you to the front of house staff and the chef! - Next time we visit Cambridge, we will be back 😋🍣”

  “Had a delicious lunch, served by Rosy C who looked after us very well. The Perfect Day selection meal was ideal for trying a mix of food and flavours. It’s for a min of 2 but 3-4 could share it as it’s very filling. Surprisingly the restaurant was very quiet but I imagine it has quite a buzz when it’s busy”
