Customer Review Summary
Friendly, helpful counter staff are the most common draw, with several reviewers describing team members who gave solid recommendations when they were unsure what to order and served quickly. The fried chicken is a regular order for one longtime customer, while others call the food fresh and tasty and one calls the burger delicious. Some reviewers describe a clean dining area and a pleasant atmosphere for sitting with friends, though another found dirty tables. The toilets draw the sharpest criticism, with one reviewer calling them disgusting and another warning against even going in to wash hands. One reviewer reports finding wire brush debris in a burger some time ago and says staff were not apologetic when it was raised. Another received a takeaway with part of the order missing and urges other customers to check their bags before leaving.
